They charged us over six times what are other person tried to charge us. We will be reporting them to consumer protection and bringing a trial against them. I've never dealt with a worst company in my life you had along a company that actively lies under oath. As you can see, their completed work wasn't completed according to code inspection. they didn't get a permit until after they finished the work and then tried to blame me for not getting a permit when it was their job then they put an invoice for the materials that they were supposed to cover then blamed me then I didn't pay for the materials. Here's what the person who came to fix it and do it correctly charged... Six grand versus 450 be careful they will end up in court line under oath.

I took odd Monday thinking someone was coming to fix my valve on my furnace. A guy shows up, takes some pictures, talks to a guy on the phone goes to his truck and gives me a quote to fix it for $3735.34. Total scam!!! They weren't even prepared to do the work that day. I don't know if they thought because I was a woman or what that I would pay that much. I think he thought I was stupid. Today I finally got it fixed and the total charge was $169.92. Thank you to Belleville heating and cooling! Triangle is a rip off!!

The message said they are with a customer and to call back in 5 minutes. We did, 20 times. For real! We called Trane corporate and they didn't have much good to say. In fact, they immediately directed us to a Trane dealer 45 miles away. Really? It pains me to write this as they are so local, but what kind of customer service is that?? We had a problem with a unit they handle. They didn't care a wit, and still don't. The first time they will even know we tried to give them business is when they will read this review. We ended up calling a very small company in Centre Hall and they ANSWERED THEIR PHONE and solved our problem immediately. Call C&C. I feel bad for Bierly, but they earned this review.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I originally contacted them in April to have a propane…read morefireplace inspected as I couldn't get it to light. Then, we discovered that the propane wasn't being filled by them so that is why it wouldn't light. After about 2 months of calling them asking for the propane to be filled, they finally sent someone out and filled it. Next, they claimed they couldn't inspect the fireplace without a pressure test of the line. Another 2 months of them no-showing for multiple appointments, they finally came in October and completed the pressure testing and inspection of the fireplace. Afterwards, I was told I needed a part which would be in the next week. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called them. They told me that they have no record of ever coming out to my house and that they would have to come and do the same thing again. Then, when I told them that they had already been to my house for the service appointment, they told me that they have no record of me being a customer. They then wanted to charge me another insane amount to come out again. I'm finally just done and going to call somewhere else. Apparently these people don't want the business.

We had to cancel our first appointment scheduled for June 27th in the afternoon. When I called again so nice, she said she would have Jeff the manager call me back to rescheduled. Jeff returned my call quickly, and was so nice, and he got us rescheduled for June 28th in the afternoon. From start to finish wonderful customer service. Now for the technician Colin, he was professional, pleasant, and explained what he needed to do so our conditioners would work better. The one up stairs was in need of service badly & he showed me and explained to me what he needed to do. He told me the down stairs unit wasn't nearly as bad as the unit up stairs. He told yearly maintenance is important and why. Colin worked the entire two hours non stop. He asked if I had any questions, being an older customer I had him explain a couple things I didn't remember about operating the units. Colin was very patient with me.

Luckily they had one at the shop ($1300 which I agreed to pay) but not worries thus far. He wrapped up and moved along... the next day, I was concerned about the pricing and asked a local HVAC distributor about the price on the motor and they priced it at $200.... Seriously? 600 % mark up? Looks at the invoice and realized I was charged for 4 hours... my phone log and cameras show he called when he left his previous job at 3:29pm and left my house at 6:30pm. When I called the office the next day they needed to check on a few things but would call me back. Their response: part was another end model and was therefore more expensive. 6-1/2 times more expensive? I have to admit he did tell me it was expensive. As far as the rake, they informed me that they build door-to-door meaning from when he leaves his last appointment to whenever he either clocks out or goes to his next appointment so I was charging an additional hour for most likely his travel home. Sour grapes? Maybe but do yourself a favor. Get the details of the pricing before you commit to anything.
