When I got to the checkout I was told there is a $30 charge, not once before the treatment was I notified that I had to pay out of my pocket. When I explained I wasn't aware of the charge I was told that it's my problem I should have checked my insurance. I never heard of a Dentist office performing a procedure without checking your insurance to make sure your covered or making you aware it's an extra charge. When you get your car fixed do they fix everything on your car first then ask to pay a bill even though you didnt authorize them to make the repairs. I'll be taking my daughter somewhere else where the people have common sense.

Pro Tip: DONT PUT IT OFF. There's no need. After my consultation with Dr Bracker and her warm, kind staff, I realized that they would take special care with me and my not-wanting-to-be-there. And they did! I was told that I could raise my hand at any point to pause or stop, that they'd make sure I wasn't feeling a thing. I felt well informed about what was going on, that made me feel at ease too. The (excellent) hygienist is very gentle, as is Dr. B. My deep cleaning took two sessions. By the end of both sessions, I felt relaxed (even while getting fillings) and no longer apprehensive. I can honestly say that I look forward to visiting again in 3 months. Never in my life have I looked forward to the dentist. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr Bracker and team.

Upon entering, my son was able to run directly to a play area with a wide variety of toys while I checked in for the appointment. Within five minutes, we were brought back to a spacious room where the dental assistant explained all of the equipment and parts of the visit to my son. The hygienist put fluoride on his teeth (his flavor choice), he saw the dentist, and got to pick out a toothbrush. At the end, he got a coin to use on the "prize tower", and walked away from the visit very happy. I should also mention that I had a baby with me, who had a blowout and wanted to eat while we were there... and I was able to change and feed her with ease. I highly recommend this office!!!

I was told that it was due to frequently missed appointments, I had a missed appointment May of 2015 due to jury duty and she missed an appointment this morning due to her not feeling well; which I called to inform them of this morning. It doesn't help that the practice's voicemail is not set up to accept messages and the practice is also closed on Fridays. I spoke to Kathy who proceeded to tell me that I had no respect for the dr or the practice and repeatedly placed me on hold and when she returned to the phone she proceeded to discuss the matter with her co-workers in the background as if I wasn't on the phone. She informed me that she had no time to spend on this matter when I informed her that the cancellation policy on their website differed from the action that was being taken and I asked for an explanation as to why. I also requested that if that if this was in fact their policy that I would like to receive their decision in writing and she refused and stated I could document our call. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and rude. I requested a call back from the dr and asked an estimated time frame of when I could expect a call back, she stated she could not give me one and proceeded to hang up. Policies should remain consistent and should not vary based on who the client is, which I believe is the case in this instance. I would not deem one missed appointment last year and one missed today as excessive. Their policy should updated to reflect dismissal from the practice, if that's in fact the case.

I said we purchase insurance from Excellus. For some reason or misunderstanding, she tole me they won't accept my insurance, so i called Excellus and explained this. I also purchase separate dental plan from delta dental so i called the office again and spoke to Stephanie who said that I would pay out of pocket first then have delta dental reimburse me, which has never been true when i used it before. I really loved this practice because it is convenient for my kids but there are plenty of good dentists out there so we will find a good one for my family. I would not recommend this place for dentistry. It seems Stephanie makes decision who can come in this office. This place will lose business if she is still doing same mean and rude service and prejudice to others.
