My two children go to this dentist. On our last visit, they came to get them from the front desk 20 minutes after the scheduled start of the appointment. They do make balloon animals at the end and send them home with new toothbrushes and floss. We live 20 minutes away, may have to look for a new one closer to home. Nothing that wows me as a parent.

The care is 1000% I have had to have fillings in my front teeth from time to time and they always fit me in right away. I usually see Dr. Scott, whos AWESOME! Today however I saw Dr. Molly who fixed my front teeth with fillings that look Amazing! The are currently under construction and even changed names to Willow Creek Dentistry. The techs and dentist I met were all very professional and nice. They all made small talk and asked after me and my job, which I appreciated. They offer Saturday appointments, but those book up extremely fast. I had my first ever cavity filled here, and the procedure was so quick and the dentist took the time to explain every step so I wasn't nervous. I'll be back later for my next check and cleaning (hopefully no more fillings).

Within five minutes, we were brought back to a spacious room where the dental assistant explained all of the equipment and parts of the visit to my son. The hygienist put fluoride on his teeth (his flavor choice), he saw the dentist, and got to pick out a toothbrush. At the end, he got a coin to use on the "prize tower", and walked away from the visit very happy. I should also mention that I had a baby with me, who had a blowout and wanted to eat while we were there... and I was able to change and feed her with ease. I highly recommend this office!!!

Pro Tip: DONT PUT IT OFF. There's no need. After my consultation with Dr Bracker and her warm, kind staff, I realized that they would take special care with me and my not-wanting-to-be-there. And they did! I was told that I could raise my hand at any point to pause or stop, that they'd make sure I wasn't feeling a thing. I felt well informed about what was going on, that made me feel at ease too. The (excellent) hygienist is very gentle, as is Dr. B. My deep cleaning took two sessions. By the end of both sessions, I felt relaxed (even while getting fillings) and no longer apprehensive. I can honestly say that I look forward to visiting again in 3 months. I always appreciate a good experience for a place that I don't always want to see twice a year.
