When I initially called to make a new patient appt, there was a 2 week turn around time. That appt got canceled due to the doctor being out, and it was pushed out another month. I accepted a cancelation appt sooner that was ultimately canceled by the office an hour before it was scheduled to start. After a confusing exchange of messages, I was able to keep my original rescheduled date. I had a good experience with the office outside of scheduling. The staff are friendly, the hygienist was great, and Dr. Benson as very professional and took adequate time to answer my question and give advice. The office primarily communicates via text which can be convent but also proved to complicate matters as there is more than one staff who handles this. Other than the scheduling issues, I have no complaints.

The DR comes in with a stuffy runny nose, peaks in my sons mouth for a second to "examine" him and then looks at the xray. Thinking my son has no adult teeth on top or bottom. His accent was hard to understand and didnt try to help me understand a damn thing. So my son get another xray done to make sure his adults are there. Yup they were there, end of visit. The Dr never came back in, never told me freaking anything! The best part was when the dental assistant asked me if I could come in sooner then time of my next appointment on Friday because she was going to call off that day, And that she was moving on Saturday. I'm sorry, excuse me?! She wasnt rude about it but it was very unprofessional.

I arrived and filled out my paperwork, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and easy to deal with. The hygienist who I met first was also very friendly and explained exactly what was going to happen. Next, Dr. Olivo came in and he was just so kind and calming right off the bat. He explained everything clearly and asked if I had questions. He had to fill a cavity for me and it was painless, I didn't even feel the needle go in for the Novocaine. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes but I didn't feel like he was rushing, he even stuck around making small talk with me for a few minutes after I was done. I already made my appointment for my next cleaning!

The techs and dentist I met were all very professional and nice. They all made small talk and asked after me and my job, which I appreciated. They offer Saturday appointments, but those book up extremely fast. I had my first ever cavity filled here, and the procedure was so quick and the dentist took the time to explain every step so I wasn't nervous. I'll be back later for my next check and cleaning (hopefully no more fillings).
