I called and they got me in fast to examine me. Dr C was so professional and kind in our first meeting, he and his team our compassion it and never made me feel embarrassed about me teeth. He truly is exactly where he belongs. Rosanna the receptionist has become such a pleasure to talk with, always pleasant and full of energy. She works with you for the best available appointments. Kay the treatment coordinator works with you for payment options and is super helpful and very supportive. Check into the star membership, great dental care at an affordable price. Marissa is my hygienist and the most amazing individual there. She is so patient and caring towards me from day one. Even when I'm there for a procedure that does not require her she makes sure to stop in and check on me.., that's above and beyond. The entire office is astronomy themed, more like a cool science museum than a dental office. Even the bathroom looks like you're on the moon. Sitting in the chair is relaxing, they give you a blanket during dental procedures. There's a screen showing astronomy information and trivia as well as pictures of the staff. I'm so lucky to be a patient here, Dr C and the staff are so talented at not just the dental procedures but just as important the human aspect.

I was told they would give me a call back because I didn't have an appointment and it was a busy day. The call was returned in a timley manner and it was not the same person who I spoke to earlier. However, she picked up just like if I was speaking to her from the beginning. I went in that day for the consultation. DR. V examined my teeth, explained the issues and gave me the best options (Very Professional). He then handed me over to two lovely young ladies, both with the gentlest touch and tones. They photographed, checked my gums and each individual teeth was measured and logged. I have a condition called Bell's Palsy and even with all that action in my mouth I was extremely comfortable. The following day I had to get some medication. However due to the business and the Thanksgiving holiday I believe it was forgotten.I went back the following day to collect it and was told by the pharmacist they have nothing for me. I called the office and spoke to another lady who not only apologized repeatedly. She assisted me even staying on the line till the prescription was sent. Honestly, everyone I spoken to or came in contact with was so respectfully and genuine. They made me feel comfortable and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I told her my insurance is Excellus Platinum select, and that i would like to make an appt to come in for cleaning. she kept asking me few questions back and forth who is your employer. I said we purchase insurance from Excellus. For some reason or misunderstanding, she tole me they won't accept my insurance, so i called Excellus and explained this. I also purchase separate dental plan from delta dental so i called the office again and spoke to Stephanie who said that I would pay out of pocket first then have delta dental reimburse me, which has never been true when i used it before. I really loved this practice because it is convenient for my kids but there are plenty of good dentists out there so we will find a good one for my family. I would not recommend this place for dentistry. It seems Stephanie makes decision who can come in this office. This place will lose business if she is still doing same mean and rude service and prejudice to others.

My two children go to this dentist. On our last visit, they came to get them from the front desk 20 minutes after the scheduled start of the appointment. They do make balloon animals at the end and send them home with new toothbrushes and floss. We live 20 minutes away, may have to look for a new one closer to home. Nothing that wows me as a parent.

When I initially called to make a new patient appt, there was a 2 week turn around time. That appt got canceled due to the doctor being out, and it was pushed out another month. I accepted a cancelation appt sooner that was ultimately canceled by the office an hour before it was scheduled to start. After a confusing exchange of messages, I was able to keep my original rescheduled date. I had a good experience with the office outside of scheduling. The staff are friendly, the hygienist was great, and Dr. Benson as very professional and took adequate time to answer my question and give advice. The office primarily communicates via text which can be convent but also proved to complicate matters as there is more than one staff who handles this. Other than the scheduling issues, I have no complaints.
