They all make me feel very comfortable from Mary and Sarah at the front desk to Tori, the dental assistant that usually helps me. Also, the dentist does most of the work and doesn't leave it to a hygienist. I didn't find that to be true in the last dental practice I was in. I also have my daughter and son coming here and they have been very happy with their service also.

I had attempted to reschedule and left a voicemail but no one returned my call so showed up on time, having taken time off from work. I was made to wait several minutes and finally I was told that the dentist had just left for the day and was attending a continuing education class and I couldn't be seen, that they tried calling and texting me. I showed them that no such call or message went through. And how can they ASSUME that without reaching me that I am not coming when I had scheduled an appointment? Especially when they never returned a call? Needless to say this is the last time I will step foot in The Dentist. I had been once for an emergency and they were on - a bit loud on the music and a little brusque but I had been ok with the work received so thought maybe I'd try for a cleaning. Nope! This place is a customer service joke. Both front office and dentist need to get their priorities straight. Disappointed. Will not return and do not recommend. It was embarrassing the level of excuses they attempted vs just apologizing and trying to reschedule me or save the client relationship. Instead I was told: "This won't count against you" Nope!
