Told him I prefer to limit x-ray exposure. "Only a few would be taken" 17 x-rays and 2 x 360 degree because he screwed up the first one. Then 2 procedures recommended which a second opinion said were unnecessary. All that combined with scheduling error and wrong insurance plan billed. I suggest avoiding this practice.

She provided me with the best material possible and ensured that my new crown was absolutely perfect. She even sent the crown back to the lab to make sure the details were perfect - even had an additional crown made. They were gentle and kind and didn't make me feel guilty for it. Every person I spoke to was delightful and compassionate. They gave me option with no pressure. They also seem super high tech, not just telling me what they're seeing in a way I could understand, but showing me with their nifty 3D scan of my actual teeth. Overall it was a way better experience than I could have expected. I still had my anxious moments but they responded with kindness and went at my pace without any pressure or expectation.
