This placed disappointed me on so many levels. I was happy that they were able to see me so quickly, but even though I explained CLEARLY that I had new insurance and WHICH insurance that was...they didn't bother to find out BEFORE I was seen whether or not they actually accepted that insurance. The overly made up drama queens at the front desk (especially the one with ugly resting bitch face:) were so RUDE. Uh, hello??? Do you know how to do your JOB?? Seems like common sense to find out whether or not you will be able to provide the services you are offering correctly. If you don't like colored people or people in general, perhaps you should look for a job which allows you the freedom of not having to HELP people and not having to TALK professionally to customers. After snickering and being most unhelpful, all the while agreeing that they were in the wrong "We should have checked before..." Well, thanks for NOTHING! I am glad I didn't have to pay for such shoddy, unfriendly service. All smiles has lousy customer service, ugly decor, old magazines and more importantly I wouldn't recommend going if you are black. You should have seen their faces!!! I will be telling all of my friends and family NOT to look for all smiles to help...they will just be rude and stare at you. read more

Great experience here. I hate the dentist and I have had awful experiences in the past. I had hope seeing as this was a newer office and had a great online form asking about what they can do to help your visit be pleasant. I wanted topical anesthetic while getting my cleaning done and also to have suction at all times. When I arrived I wore my mask and had my temperature taken. The receptionist and all employees were wearing masks. I sat down and we went over my health history, any concerns I had and why I wanted Anesthetic during my cleaning. All went well, X-rays were taken with a modern, nice machine instead of those sharp plastic flims! They also used a nice wand camera to take additional pictures of my teeth. I had the suction wand in my mouth almost the entire time and they put topical Anesthetic on numerous times so I would not have any pain. The dentist checked my teeth and went over some recommendations. At the end of the appointment I got the treatment plan with my insurance information on it. I liked this place so much I made my next few appointments before I left! read more

I have a fear of dentists. I get anxious and never have had a good experience until I met Dr. Furman. Dr. Furman and her amazing staff have made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I've had a few dental emergencies and Dr. Furman helped me through them. Dental work is very expensive and knowing I needed extensive work done, I was able to get on a realistic payment plan without any interest. Her office gives the patient a 10% discount if you pay in full and have no dental insurance. She gives you a very good price for cleanings and preventative services to encourage better oral care and longevity of your smile. Dr. Furman's staff is exceptional. They are serious about following all COVID protocols and that makes me feel very comfortable. Her receptionist staff in both the Seattle and Mill Creek location are outstanding. So professional, so motivated to assist the patients in every way. I will give a 10/10 or 5/5 but the entire team goes above 100% every single time. I came here for my initial cleaning as a new patient. I've jumped around from different offices because I felt like I wasn't getting the best care at other offices. But let me tell you, All Smiles is the way to go. The team is amazing!! The front desk is very welcoming and efficient, they answered all my questions regarding billing. When the Hygiensit Anna took me back, she was very professional and it was my best cleaning! Super comfortable and I wasn't drowning in water like I have at other offices. When Dr Furman came in she explained my treatment and what needed to be done in a way I could understand. Then the front desk went over my finance portion. They even gave me 10% off for my treatment and signed me up for care credit which isn't even something they they need to do but did anyway to help me! most comfortable stress free appointment by far. Just home from a dental cleaning with Dr. Furman and staff at Mill Creek All Smiles Family Dentistry and again had a very positive experience. I am 58 years old and have always been fearful of dental visits. This past year I moved to Mill Creek and have had several visits to Dr. Furman to take care of my somewhat neglected teeth. On my first visit I shared my anxiety and Dr. Furman and staff were empathetic and did everything to make my visits as pain free as possible; even their tone of voice was comforting! I received excellent dental care and today had my 6 month follow up and breezed into the office as tough I was going to the grocery story. Previously I would not have been able to sleep the night before a dental visit. We came to this clinic yesterday with our three children, and the experience was honestly amazing. My youngest is only 6 years old and was very scared of the dental tools and procedures, but the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with him the entire time. They never rushed him or pressured him, and even when he got nervous, they found different ways to help him feel comfortable and safe. That really meant a lot to me as a parent. You can truly tell that everyone here cares about children and treats each patient individually. So far I have had two trips to this dentistry, and both times have been wonderful experiences. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, they had all the answers and they were very helpful. PRIOR to coming here I had some bad experiences with other dentists that made me uncomfortable with going to the dentist, so I didn't go for 6 years! But after aching teeth pains I had to go and get some filings. Dr. Ilona was very friendly and very gentle, and from start to finish with 4 filings it only took about 40 minutes till I was out the door. I've moved from CA to WA and needed a new dentist in Mill Creek. I have problem teeth and going to dentist is not pleasant experience overall. Dr. Furman is great. Her work was fast and gentle. I liked my experience. Office has great machines and the nice window view as well which makes this place my primary dentist office now. One issue is the layout of the dental office. I got used to seeing enclosed dental offices, not an open space divided by thin walls. But it looks like some weird nuance of dental offices in Washington state. At least this dental office makes it much better than other places I saw here. So, no star deduction for that. read more

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Everyone was so nice and the experience was wonderful. I've never been a fan of the dentist, so going to new dentist always gives me anxiety. The dental assistant Stacy was so nice, the hygienist Jin was so gentle and cleaned my teeth so well! She took the time to educate me and always asked if I was doing okay while she worked. This was my first visit to get established as a patient with All Smiles denistry. I was greeted with an extremely pleasant receptionist. Met Antonia the dental hygenist. She gave me a thorough oral exam and x-rays followed. She was really great, pleasent and very informative. Dr. Patel came in and greeted me. What a great dental practice this is. I've been going to this office for years and have always been satisfied. When I've had tooth emergencies in the past, they've gotten me in right away. They maintain very organized records so it's easy to see what has been done to all my teeth over the years. I just had my first visit since the beginning of covid. I felt very safe. This dental office is the best I've been to with a water purification system. I am an anxious patient so I look for the cleanest and nicest set up with kind people.
