I have a history of sensitivity and was sure to communicate that up front. Brandy modified my treatment to the "medium" level and encouraged me to speak up right away if I had any discomfort. I was able to tolerate the full processing time and only had one instance of a "zinger". I brought headphones and an audible book to listen to, but they have thoughtfully provided a TV for entertainment during the treatment. We reviewed my results (lightened 2 shades) and Brandy made recommendations for a personalized plan to maintain my results. She answered all of my questions and provided an after care kit with instructions to take Advil at regular intervals to ensure no discomfort due to sensitivity - DO THIS!
