What a great experience. Annie took the time to listen to my concerns about the bags under my eyes…read moreand then made recommendations on how to best approach treatment. We discussed other areas where I wanted to look more "well rested"and Annie came up with a treatment plan over several phases. I'm happy to report I just finished my second treatment and when I look in the mirror I see younger eyes and fuller lips and an overall more rested looking face. I wanted something that looked natural and Annie definitely delivered. Now, I can't wait to return for the next phase. As someone who's in their wiser years I appreciate the consultative approach that Annie took by not only addressing my aesthetic look but also the health and improvement of my skin texture and elasticity. I've already recommended Annie to several of my friends and family members. If you're looking for someone who offers a full range of services and where you can be confident in their expertise, then look no further, Annie is the person to see.

I reached out to Aesthetic Intelligence through their website because I had several questions about…read moretheir services and pricing before deciding whether I wanted to move forward. Instead of answering my questions, the conversation turned into trying to get me to pay $100 nonrefundable deposit to book a consultation for my questions. As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.

I'll be honest, I'm probably not the typical person to write a review for a dermatology office. As…read morea guy, going to the dermatologist wasn't exactly something I was excited about or used to doing. That said, I've been going to Rodgers Dermatology for a few years now and I've had a good experience. I recently had a few procedures done, and everything went smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the providers explained what was going on, and they made the whole process easier than I expected. I felt comfortable during the visits, never felt rushed, and appreciated that they answered my questions without making it a big deal. Overall, I'm glad I went and would recommend them, especially to anyone who may be putting off going to a dermatologist.

I scheduled an appointment for my almost 17-year-old son through Zocdoc, a scheduling platform this…read morepractice has chosen to utilize. During those two weeks, not a single person from the office contacted me to explain that a parent or legal guardian must be physically present for a minor's initial visit. I intentionally scheduled this appointment before school started so my son would not have to miss class. Instead, he took time off work, drove to the office, checked in, and was then informed he would not be seen because I was not there in person. My son is nearly 17 years old and less than two years away from leaving for college. He is more than capable of attending a routine dermatology appointment on his own. If the practice requires a parent to be physically present despite a patient being mature enough to drive himself, hold a job, and manage his own appointment, that is certainly their prerogative--but it is also their responsibility to communicate that requirement before the appointment, not after the patient has already arrived. To be clear, I have absolutely no issue with that policy. I have every issue with a practice that fails to communicate it. When I spoke with the office manager, I expected a simple acknowledgment that the situation could have been prevented with a phone call, text, or email. Instead, I was told I should have known, that I should have called the office rather than using Zocdoc, and that there was essentially nothing to be done. If this office chooses to accept appointments through a third-party scheduling platform, then the responsibility to communicate office-specific requirements belongs to the office--not the patient. Suggesting otherwise is simply an attempt to shift responsibility for an entirely preventable mistake. I offered to FaceTime during the appointment or complete any required paperwork electronically so my son could still be seen. There was no willingness to accommodate, no effort to problem-solve, and no recognition that their lack of communication had now caused him to miss work unnecessarily and will require him to miss school for a rescheduled appointment. Policies are understandable. Poor communication is not. A complete lack of accountability is even less so.
