They were very good with breaking down the costs I was going to have to pay, showing me what my insurance was going to pay for, and then also extremely helpful to let me know what my payment options were. Dr. Hider was very personable and very good at explaining what was going on and where my pain was coming from. A very accommodating office and willing to do whatever they can to help you out. I heard Dr. Hider working with a very young patient who seemed to be very frightened, and he did such a good job of calming her down and making her feel more comfortable. He was cracking jokes with her and reassuring her that she was doing a great job and letting her know she was almost done. Doctors that care about their patients like that really show a lot I think!

I was going to wait until my treatment with my new provider was over, to tell my story, but I feel obligated to warn others of the damage this practice has done to my teeth, and many others teeth as well. Due to my insurance change, I had to go with a new Dentist and so here I am at Great Expressions Dental in Wayne, from choosing them because they were in my Network and close to home, which is even a better reason to go there. I like the fact that they have early appointments starting at 7:00 AM on Fridays. That works great for me because I can go in before I go to work. From the time I made the online appointment, I received a follow-up call from Kyle, who by the way is the sweetest and most kind person you can talk to on the phone and even once you meet him in person. He did my follow up call and informed me about the quick and easy access portal online so I could have all my paperwork in order before I even arrive at my appointment. Once I arrived, I was greeted by Kyle and you can hear his smile through the mask. The whole staff receives an A+ for A1 Excellent service. I even liked the fact that once I checked in I only had to wait no more than three to five minutes. Get in and get out, that's the best part. My appointment was at 7:20 and I was leaving the office at 8:25. So, if you're looking for a new dentist, they're accepting new patients.
