But I've talked to her a lot when I scheduled our entire family AND scheduling my gum regression surgery. So, I've been seeing a lot of them lately. One thing I love love love is that I went in the day after my surgery and all the staff who has worked with me ALL came by to check on me. All of them! That's greatcustomer service. It really made me feel special! My sons are teens and needed to switch from a pediatric dentist to an adult dentist, since they have all their adult teeth. I couldn't be happier that this is their first adult dentist experience. As with any doctor or dentist, check with your insurance to see if they're a primary provider so you maximize your benefits.

After being war dialed about appointments they then last minute cancel with no apology. Taking all their calls is like a full time job. I could go on and on. But the disorganization of the office was very much there on his watch, too.

We used yelp to look up a nearby dentist and found Dr Dorrough with Heber City Dental. I went to website and saw the Dr had over 24 years of experience and thought he would be the best fit. We called office to make appointment and the office was so kind and accommodating to get us right in the next day. We got to the office and It was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The office staff was warm and comforting and put my friend at ease. My friend isn't a fan of going to the dentist so was really nervous. The doctor was very honest and gentle. So, when it came time for my husband's need of emergency, oral surgery due to an old root canal-turned abscess/bone infection, Doctor Peers was able to see him immediately, regardless of the Thanksgiving Holiday. My husband's experience with Dr. Peers and his professional, friendly, accommodating staff, was just as amazing as our daughter's. Everything went flawlessly. My husband, also without need for prescription pain medications, ate dinner with us that same evening and was ready for the slopes by Opening Day. I had some fillings that were done and I had warned the dentist that I…read morestruggle getting numb and I ended up having to get 8 shots in my mouth before I was finally numb enough for him to do them. Afterwards, I was having really bad nerve pain, I couldn't chew anything on either side of my mouth and waited 2 weeks like they said to. after the holidays I called and they were able to get me in to check the fillings. 2 out of the 4 were not bonded to the tooth and one of them was a maybe. They fixed 2 and wanted to wait on the other and see if it 'felt better'. within 24 hours I knew one of the ones that was 'fixed' wasn't. the pain was way worse than it was before. I couldn't eat or drink and was scared to do so because the pain was so bad. I called first thing Monday morning, was told they would call me back, they didn't and I had to call right before they closed. The gal at the front desk answered "Hi Kylee, lets get you scheduled" like she was very annoyed. They wouldn't get me in for a week and a half for a problem they caused even after I explained I couldn't eat or drink due to pain, I felt very dismissed and like they didn't believe me. I found another dentist that was able to get me in the next day to do an exam. 1 of the ones the dentist 'fixed' and the one he wanted to 'wait on' both were not bonded to my tooth and that new dentist redid them. There were air bubbles in both fillings. He was able to get me numb first try after I explained I had a hard time getting numb and I was pain free the next day and could eat just fine. Since I went to another dentist, and insurance only covers the replacement of a same filling after 2 years I had to pay for everything Out of pocket again at this new dentist and have spent way more than I should have had to. do not go here. Terrible dentistry and terrible service.
