If I could give them 10 stars I would. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but this office has changed me for life. From the impeccable service at the front desk, to Sara, that helped with my chipped tooth, along with Dr. Hosseini, who gave a very thorough examine and used language terms I could understand, it helped my biggest fear become an enjoyable experience. Agree with some other reviews about the hard sell at this practice. The plus is that the staff is friendly and office is clean. Went for a cleaning and told me it was the 'law' to get xrays every 2 years- I left without the cleaning and actually looked up this law. There is no such law. It's a suggestion that Xrays are performed every 2-3 years and while a patient cannot be coerced into getting xrays, the doctor can also choose not to treat. We happily parted ways. Dr. Julia is a true professional! I had gone to another dentist 5 times in the past 2 months because she was unable to fix a filling she did incorrectly. This dentist essentially blamed me saying it was due to my "sensitivity" I went to Dr. Julia feeling desperate and hesitant since the other dentist was not able to fix the pain I was feeling. Service it's good, but I felt that their main goal was to sell me stuff instead of trying to help me solve my issues. The place is good, I'm sure they are good in what they do, the equipment is top notch, all the bells and whistles, they give you a tour, and free gifts, but I think that sometimes simple is better, at least in my case, I wasn't there for gifts and tours, I just wanted to fix my problem the most efficient way. I just wanted a straightforward check and ended up thinking of dental plans, financing, dental guards, etc. Ended up going to a smaller office (but equal in professionalism) and got my problem fixed for $900 dollars less because he focused in my problem and the best course to get it done with the smaller impact. If money is not a problem you shouldn't have any issues here. read more

My customer service experience was horrible this morning I called to follow up a question I had about my dental insurance and was rudely hung up on.then I attempted to call back and they would not answer the phone. The only 2 people in the office was Norma and Jennifer of course no none wants to admit to hanging up on me. Dr Julia is an absolute master. I was so embarrassed of my teeth for years, and walked around with two different colors of front tooth bonding from a previous dentist. Went for my first appointment/cleaning in November 2018 and couldn't be happier. That entire staff is friendly and professional. The office and management staff is super courteous with scheduling appointments and accommodations. Kathy was my dental hygienist and she is great. After not going to the dentist for nearly 5 years (don't judge me :-)), I first went to visit Dr. Neuls and her staff in August 2014 for a very deep cleaning. Kathy, the hygienist, is amazing and Dr. Neuls is a great dentist. I visited the new office this week for a follow up and the replacement of fillings. The doctor has a great and gentle touch and an outstanding personality-- the follow up phone call the next day was something I've never experienced. I highly recommend this office! Like most people, I used to dread going to the dentist and had anxiety over fillings/cleanings. This was the first time I've gone to an office and felt comfortable. On my first visit I was given a tour and introduced to the staff. What really makes smiles by Julia stand out is that all of the staff took the time to explain what was happening during my entire visit, what they were seeing on the X-rays and what was happening the entire time during my filling. I was forced to take action on a broken wisdom tooth after a night of excruciating pain. I searched for a dentist office with the best reviews and naturally landed on Smiles By Julia. I called at 10:40 AM and was greeted by Jennifer who was very kind and empathetic of my pain. Luckily, someone had canceled their appointment for 11 and I was able to get in immediately! I was embarrassed because my teeth were not in good shape but they never made me feel self conscious and the staff was always very professional while still being personable! Sara was awesome and made me feel very comfortable when taking my x-rays. Their chairs were so comfortable and the exam rooms are extremely clean. Then I went to Ginger for a deep cleaning and she was awesome! She did an excellent job removing the barnacles from my teeth! I really enjoyed my experience at this office. Dr. Espinal was also very kind and informative about my situation. She removed the tooth quickly and with zero pain whatsoever! They also gave me a bunch of free goodies to go home with after!!! I will never go to another dentist office again. My appointment was at 11:00 and was done with everything by 1:00!! I also had no insurance and the pricing was very fair and affordable!
