The quality is not there . 6 yrs ago I saw Dr Ney on an info commercial and decided to drive the hr over there to have this done.. my whole upper mouth. I spent almost 20,000 the year it took us to do this. I was assured the teeth/plate was virtually indestructible . However, about 4 yrs ago one of the teeth broke off. I took it back to the office and they fixed it for 200 dollars. About a yr ago, there was a clear film that started peeling off the gum. Then a few months ago, about 4 of the front teeth broke off all at once. I called the office and was told I could take it to another lab, which I tried to do that, but they told me they couldn't fix it. I called Dr Neys office back to let them know and was told if they had to redo it , it would be 2800 dollars. After paying almost 20,000, I could not pay anymore, especially because I had missed several months of work due to lung cancer. I wish a hundred times over, I had just put a little more money with it and went with Clear Choice because they stand behind their work.

Make sure they fully complete the treatment before paying. I paid in advance a few days before my appointment, to ensure there were no issues. The day of the root canal, I arrived early and everything seemed to be going well. In the middle of the root canal the dentist said she was unable to finish the treatment and I needed to go to a specialist. The front desk staff referred me to another dentist that they work with. I was told that I would have a refund for the root canal minus about $300 the next day. Which I was fine with. That was 3 weeks ago, I am still waiting for the refund and have been calling trying to get an update on the status of said refund. Their billing department, keeps saying "We're escalating this to our higher ups and we will call you back today." They never call back and when I call back, they keep giving the same run around. If you pay before the service is completed, beware that you will be given the run around and you may find yourself, at risk of complications due to incomplete Endodontic procedures.

The surgeon said he would be a great provider for our more complex then run of the mill dental care needed. Dr. Kye has been a wonderful provider and we will continue to use him. He is very knowledgable on any dental questions or care we have. He also screens for a couple of cancers which I had never had a dentist do before. I like that he is so proactive. It brings peace and calm to know he is looking out for his patients care in a more comprehensive way then any other dentist I have used. Stephanie is a delight and so communicative. She is prompt and on point. She books the next appointment before you leave. She knows how long non standard services require or will check if a couple of items to ensure smooth scheduling. Any time I have insurance questions or need receipts she takes care and pops them over to me in the best format for me. I prefer digital but they are happy to do printed too. I like the big windows in the rooms because there are adorable squirrels that play and run around. It is fun to watch. My favorite part is that Dr. Kye and his wife Jennifer who works at the practice too are massive dog people! We catch up on each other's rescue pups and trade local references of places for dog needs. They recommended us to our current groomer and a pet store we love. I find the dog stories adorable and make dental work that much brighter and more enjoyable. We are very happy with the care we receive and so happy we found them 4 years ago! I paid the bill, however, I felt I was treated unfairly and billed unfairly. No apology was ever given and that's why I left Dr Clark. No one should be blind sided by a $388 bill and told the practice never knows what the insurance will cover. They certainly knew what the crowns were going to cost because they asked the insurance company prior to me refusing that particular procedure. I have never been contacted by Dr Clark after I paid the bill and he was told I canceled my next cleaning. Dr Montgomery seems a decent and concerned individual. she came in to assess my situation and explain what my dental problems were and then sent me home with referral slips and a prescription for antibiotics. my x-rays were forwarded to the other doctors along with the notes so all I had to do was make the appointments and take my meds. when I get the urgencies all taken care of I'll be back in for the more mundane treatments and evaluations and some more roller massage chair. when society collapses and the barbarians commence to pillaging I hope someone has the sense to preserve the tools of modern dentistry. yea for teeth doctors plying their trade without pliers!

Instead of taking proper steps to clear old glue from her tooth, the dentist aggressively ground down the existing cap. He removed so much base material that the cap was rendered permanently unusable. This destructive approach appeared entirely focused on justifying the need for an expensive replacement.
