When we arrived at 9 a.m., we were told the insurance was out of network and we would have to pay upfront. We were also told the scaling we needed could not be done that day. It will cost another 6 thousand dollars and we don't know how we will pay for it. I cannot explain how much this woman and her fraud has hurt us. Aspen Dental should be ashamed to have her on staff.
