I could hear the nurse and the doctor discussing my care from the hallway outside my room which means that so could everyone else. This is a HIPPA violation, so I won't be returning. On top of that, they only seemed interested in getting the final bill as high as they possibly could (to the tune of 23K). They do not take insurance but will bill your insurance so that they pay you back BUT most times out of network dentists (which Aspen is) only get about 30%, instead of 50-80% for an in-network dentist, re-imbursed. All in all, this is totally a for profit business not a medical office, and they don't really care about their patients' health just the bank book at the end of the day.

She took all our money, over 6 thousand dollars stolen, that we can't get back. And fled from Maryland to Oklahoma. She has done this to others in other states, just do a name search. Now my wife has to get another real bridge done by a different dentist at Aspen Dental, which ironically enough, is where Aronda Jones Works. It will cost another 6 thousand dollars and we don't know how we will pay for it. I cannot explain how much this woman and her fraud has hurt us. Aspen Dental should be ashamed to have her on staff.

She also had a kind and calm demeanor. The dentist and dental assistant were also lovely. I will admit I was recently surprised (and a little irritated) with the tone and manner of someone answering the phone (while I was trying to secure a follow up appointment), as I was made to feel like I was out of line just for calling, but I am hoping that was the exception and not the rule.
