This was our first visit; the office welcoming but there was a sign upon entrance, showing first names of patients for that day. Little details such as this really made the appointment a very enjoyable time. All of the staff were very genuinely friendly, my son didn't have a hard time opening up or make me do the talking for him. He was thrilled to get a "Sadler" chap-stick after his X-rays ; he was actually speaking so much during the appointment, I had to do a few double takes. Lol He is getting his braces this week, he's excited for the entire experience. They have a patient rewards program where you can earn points for so many things; being on time to appointments, no cavities, good grades, liking their social media, taking surveys, reviews, etc. This is motivating him which has helped him not be as nervous as I expected and is additional incentive to keep doing his best at school. I really appreciated he explained everything to my daughter in a way she'd understand and he does that every visit. His staff also does the same thing. Then they just make sure I understood what he told her. We compared a few places around before going with Lunt and he was the most affordable option price wise we found. I also appreciated the different ways to pay. The other big thing is that I really appreciate he has early morning hours so the kids don't have to miss a ton of school. That is hard to find and alone would make me choose him as an orthodontist.

The office is always super friendly and willing to help with anything they can. They take time out to learn your name and little details about you ( which even months later they will recall). Mcabe himself is one of the most funniest and considerate doctors. For example, on Wednesday I got a tooth pulled at my dentist. I went to mcabe yesterday and mcabe asked me how it went. When I told him that even with the numbing, laughing gas, and I took Tylenol before; I still could feel everything since I have fibromyalgia extremely bad along with a head injury. When I told Mcabe he listened to me all out and apologized for the discomfort. He then got my braces back on but told the assistant to put gentle wires in for me. I know that the pain isn't something he can control, but he did the best he could to avoid me anymore pain. Would 100% recommend. (Words of my daughter, his actual patient)
