Dr. Menon is the best dentist I have ever encountered. She is highly skilled, works with outstanding efficiency, and has a fantastic bedside manner. I started seeing her when I chipped a tooth. I had always hated going to the dentist to the point of getting cold sweats in the chair and avoiding going at all. Dr. Menon was so patient, explained everything she was going to do before she did it, and was incredibly responsive to my needs during the repair making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The repair itself was outstanding and I can't even tell which tooth it was that was repaired in the first place! Before I left I made a follow-up appointment and have been seeing her every six months for the past several years. I've had some procedures over the past couple of years and Dr. Menon has always done excellent work on my teeth. She is honest and direct about what she feels does and does not need to be done. She has talked me out of expensive work that she believed was unnecessary and I feel my teeth are in the best condition they've been in years because of her. A year after I started seeing her I began taking my (then) 8 and 5 year old children to see her. Both children love her and there is no struggling with them to go to the dentist or sit in the chair. She has a wonderful manner with them and they both feel good about themselves and their teeth when they leave. Based on my experience and treatment , i can confidently say that Dr. Pinali Menon is one of the finest Dentist in New Jersey . Have been going to her for my dental treatments for the last 3-4 years and every time it has been a fantastic experience .With the level of confidence i developed for Dr.Menon , it was a no brainer to take my kids to her . One of the most critical moments was when my 8 year old daughter needed emergency help at 10 pm , she had severe pain in her tooth and i called Dr.Menon , without hesitation she helped , that shows her dedication and professionalism . I am thankful to her for highlighting to me the situation with my gums and the proper care for it in the first few appointments. We've switched our dentist many times since we came to America because we were never satisfied with the service. Dr. Menon, however, has been our dentist for the past 12 years because she is trustworthy, knowledgable, and experienced in her field. She answers whatever questions we have and she doesn't make us feel rushed. Her office staff is friendly and getting appointments is easy - my daughter and son (in their mid 20's) always need to switch their appointment times because they have busy schedules.
