I sat in a room for 30 minutes before heading in for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, it was back to the room for more waiting. The staff members were friendly. When I asked one of the staff members if they did teeth whitening, they must have saw dollar signs because out of nowhere, Dr Hilda Wee pops in within 30 seconds to sell me whitening. This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. I decided to schedule another appointment, but with another dental office because these guys are a complete joke and waste of my Friday afternoon.

The first visit for me is always stressful with new people looking inside your mouth, however, the dentist was fantastic. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for routine cleaning, check-ups, and cavity filling (bummed I had a cavity, first time since I was a kid). I would strongly advise you to go elsewhere if you're considering cosmetic dental work. Options were not sufficiently explained before it was done. I'd ask questions and often get vague responses. Before retiring, the dentist I had been seeing before coming here said that I "was a perfect candidate for Invisalign". Here, they didn't mention that option to me at all. I was told that I was there for a "consultation" the day they wired my teeth. I nearly walked out when it became apparent that they were getting ready to wire my grill, but I let them talk me into it. They clearly wanted to make all the decisions and just send me a bill. They did not seem overly concerned with doing the job well. I'm off to a different orthodontist now, after spending thousands of dollars and months of time. Again, most of the people and my experiences here were good, but you need a truly skilled orthodontist to trust with cosmetic work, and I did not find that here.

My first visit to this dentist which I noticed when driving by several times. My appointment was at…read more1pm, and I arrived right at that time. I was immediately greeted by receptionist/ administrative assistant, who then asked a few questions about my dental insurance. In matter of minutes a staff member was ready for me. I was informed that X-Rays would be needed, and that it would only be only once a year. The X-Ray process was efficient and smooth. The technician then told me it would a few minutes, and the doctor would be in to examine my teeth. In a few minutes the doctor and technician greeted me, and began cleaning/ inspecting my teeth. After about 15 minutes the doctor had up the X-rays, reviewed his finding with me patiently. With each potential issue he had detailed pictures to go with everything else. In most cases he had identified issues, which been brought to my attention before. Once the exam was completed the technician finished my cleaning and polishing. I went to the front desk and elected on my own to have first of three items scheduled for correction. I want emphasize there was no one pressuring me at any time. All COVID-19 were followed exactly.

I came in last week because I have 2 cracked teeth and pain. I have avoided the dentist as long as I could but this needed to get done. They were so patient and gentle with me as they did the exam. They gave me a thorough cleaning. They explained every bit of work I would need without any pressure to get it all done immediately. I was honestly expecting my teeth to be in a worse condition than it was. I got 2 fillings that day and made an appointment for the following week for a root canal and crown. I came in today for my root canal. The tooth had been hurting in the last couple of days since my first appointment. They ended up having to do some extra numbing to get the root canal done but they always made sure I was comfortable. After the root canal, they prepped my tooth for a crown and did a filling on another tooth. I got the same day CEREC crown. They came in an scanned my tooth, made the crown, came back to make aure it was fitting well and make adjustments, and then put the crown in. I have no more tooth pain! My jaw is a bit sore from all the work they did but it isn't anything some Advil can't take care of. Since I maxxed out my insurance for the year, I will be returning in January to get some more work done. I am so glad I found this place and I plan on sending my husband here as well.

Dr Settimi's office got me in fast and worked quickly to assess and make a treatment plan that was realistic, professional and sensitive to my needs. I'm one of those people who has had a difficult time finding a good dentist who would listen, consider my anxiety and fear (bad history with dentists), and provided very effective pain management. Professional. Communicative. Helpful. Clean. Up to date. Knowledgeable on all levels.
