I sat in a room for 30 minutes before heading in for X-rays. Once the X-rays were completed, it was back to the room for more waiting. The staff members were friendly. When I asked one of the staff members if they did teeth whitening, they must have saw dollar signs because out of nowhere, Dr Hilda Wee pops in within 30 seconds to sell me whitening. This woman was full of doom and gloom without even looking in my mouth and I could see the dollar signs rolling in her eyes like a slot machine. The kicker was that there was only one hygienist on site that day and I would have to either wait until she was done or schedule another appointment. By this time I had been there for 90 minutes. I decided to schedule another appointment, but with another dental office because these guys are a complete joke and waste of my Friday afternoon.

But Dr. Swanson and his team has completely changed that. The office feels cozy and welcoming, not cold or sterile. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Swanson is so patient and thorough. He explained everything, showed me my X-rays, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. During my second visit I had a mini panic attack when the numbing cream hit my throat, I felt like I couldn't swallow and breathe and they were so kind and calm helping me through it. I also had braces here and it was a bad experience I switched orthos after 4 months and my new ortho ended up evening out my shaved teeth she had left uneven. Hygienist left her finger pulling my cheek while she grabbed other things and hurt my mouth Also, since she's also an ortho she pushes for braces really hard even when unnecessary. Kristen, front office, is fast and efficient and keeps the appointments and billing up to day. If I have a question, she finds the answer promptly. Dr. Coelho is very gentle as she works through the procedures. She explains what she is doing as she proceeds and always checks how I am doing during the process. I'm very happy with the referral, Dr. Loeffler and his team are very professional and friendly! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by name from the friendly receptionists. The office is nice and welcoming and easy to locate. They have little flat screen tvs to watch in the rooms while you are waiting for the dentist to come in. Dr. Loeffler and his assistant Kristen explain everything they are going to do to you so there's no surprises, they weren't rough with me at all I didn't have any pain! Once you're done the receptionist will give you a break down of how much your insurance pays for and how much out of pocket you have to pay for future visits so there's no surprises with the payment the next visit you have which I really appreciated. I have been here twice now and will continue to go her as long as I'm in the area!
