Specifically, asking for something 'spicy level 4' and it comes '3' or vice/versa asking for 'spicy level 2' and it comes out of '4'. As this is a food truck, we don't know about it until we get all the way home; And we don't really feel like driving another 10 minutes to go back and have them correct it. Wouldn't normally be a deal breaker but for a family of 7, it tends to be a problem when half of our dinner is an edible for the kids.

There is a food truck, but they also have a brick and mortar store for indoor seating. Burgers were all massive and fresh. I will note they offer seasoning or salt on your fries, I tried the seasoning and was not a fan. It is a little sweet for me, I still ate them just will order salt next time. TC Asian Foods takes the risk of real authentic spice levels with their curry dishes (only if you ask for it of course). I don't think that our teenage boys will ever order anything else besides the orange chicken and boba tea but it's always exactly what they are wanting.
