Unfortunately, the hours are wonky. And half of the time the order spiciness level does not come out as requested. Specifically, asking for something 'spicy level 4' and it comes '3' or vice/versa asking for 'spicy level 2' and it comes out of '4'. As this is a food truck, we don't know about it until we get all the way home; And we don't really feel like driving another 10 minutes to go back and have them correct it. Wouldn't normally be a deal breaker but for a family of 7, it tends to be a problem when half of our dinner is an edible for the kids.

TC Asian Foods takes the risk of real authentic spice levels with their curry dishes (only if you ask for it of course). I don't think that our teenage boys will ever order anything else besides the orange chicken and boba tea but it's always exactly what they are wanting. Eating here is also affordable for a family which is becoming rare! Everything on the menu is delicious and highly recommend!

I wish there was a little shade over the tables but nonetheless it was a pleasant day so no worries. My pager went off and I got my food freshly made and hot. The fries were good. This truck is run by a very sweet couple and the products vary from stuffed waffles, snacks, and beverages. It makes a wonderful start to your day I promise. Stuffed waffles include a sausage, egg & cheese, Monte Cristo, blueberries & cream, pepperoni pizza, chicken n waffles, and apple pie. The sausage egg and cheese is perfectly done, not too hot spice wise, perfectly fried egg and just enough cheese and a side of syrup and fusting of powdered sugar.
