The bread used on this was something I have never experienced. In looking at it, I expected it to be heavy (like a pupusa), but it was light and airy. And the sauce for it was out of this world. Now, why am I only providing 2 stars? $12 is a lot to pay for a sandwich at a food truck. Also, the owner, while trying to be helpful, needs to understand the fine line of when to leave folks alone so they can eat. I personally detest having a conversation while I am trying to stuff my face.
