The main man is Dondi along with Patty and Dakota. They are a very friendly group of people with home made cole slaw and pickles along with his delicious smoked meats which include pulled pork, hamburgers, sausages, and marinated hot dogs. His BBQ sauce is flavorful and tangy which is not overly sweet. The homemade cole slaw has a little bit of a kick but not overly so with a touch of pineapple to give just a tiny bit of sweetness. Serving sizes is enough to fill any ones appetite. I enjoyed my first experience there. And it is especially nice to have a smoky BBQ place here in Centerton finally! Hope it stays for a long time.
