Los Parceros Columbian Fast Cousine - Food Truck If I could have given a 4.5 star, I would have. It has the potential to have been SOO much better. Just that extra UMPH. I felt like my plate, was catered to the typical white American, that has a bland boring taste bud. It was still really good, and we WILL be back, and soon. But it was just kind of bland. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa. My husband on the hand, had the Salchipapa Parcera. The sauce on the fries, WAS so good! That was delicious. We also ordered a couple of authentic Colombian soft drinks. And to top it all off, ordered a dessert, just had to. We had the Carlota De Maracuya, that the owners wife makes. That was delicious too! Doesn't look at all like the photo, lol, it's much thinner. But it was still really good. It kind of had the texture of a bread pudding, banana pudding, in a way, with passion fruit. Delish! Everything was very clean, tables were clean and wiped down. The owner greeted us, introduced himself and asked if we had ate there before. We said no, and he explained everything to us. He was one of the nicest owners I've ever met! He explained everything, what it was, the popularity of it, the flavor etc. even gave us a sample of their "black pudding" which was a dark sausage if I remember correctly. That was really good! Hard to explain the texture and flavor of that one, but it wasn't like anything I've had recently. Over all.... We WILL be back, without a doubt. There are dishes we have to try. Kind of excited to go back!

Got the Chinese food truck option. Took quite a while- mediocre tasting. I have worse and definitely had better.

Heard about the burgers here and had to give it a try…read more I biked over and found the trailer with a little lunch rush line, but it moved quickly. I ordered the burger and fries with a drink. I eat mine plain but they have quite the selection of burgers and fries/ring options. The drinks are in a fridge with normal selection of sodas and teas along with bottled water. The price seemed fair and I was able to use Apple Pay off my phone. I was given a beeper and found a table behind the trailer. I wish there was a little shade over the tables but nonetheless it was a pleasant day so no worries. My pager went off and I got my food freshly made and hot. The fries were good. They had a little batter to them and they were good portion size. The burger, however was a little disappointing. It seemed to be a patty premade almost frozen style. I wish they would make 1/2 pound burgers with fresh meat and hand make the patties but that's not the case. After eating lunch I decided I would not go back until they improve burger quality.

So in the interest of evaluating the hype, I ordered some via UberEats and it did not disappoint. First off, thanks to the Uber driver who got the burger and fries to my hotel while the food was still hot and the sodas were still cold. I was able to enjoy the juicy and flavorful King of the Monsters burger in all its 1/2 lb glory! The jalapeños were sautéed in just the right amount so that the heat was still there, but the flavor wasn't overwhelming. What I really loved was the balance of all the ingredients together, resulting in a taste of cream cheese, sautéed jalapeños, crispy onions, hot honey, peppered bacon, and Howdy Sauce in every bite. I also got the Pennywise Fries, which I was skeptical about but wanted to give a shot anyway. I was gobsmacked. Queso on fries can be a challenge to the novice, but the expertly cooked cheese was just the right consistency... not too thick and not too runny. I washed it all down with a couple diet dr. peppers and I went to sleep a happy man. I will DEFINITELY be back next time I'm in town.

I ordered several dishes and all of them cooked perfectly. I've been a professional chef for 21 years. And a cook for even longer. I've eaten at a lot of restaurants a long the way that have simple comfort food gone wrong. These simple recipes were made with love and no mistakes. Every dish every bite done right. Even the Desserts were great. And the fact that this community also built this place by hand, it had this comforting rustic feel to it. Customer service was absolutely great. Every server was Super friendly and courteous. 5 stars all around for the wooden spoon.

It's been sliding down hill... I've been going much less frequently.... Past experiences with the new owners in charge included ribs that were so burnt there was no meat left (how do you not notice and send them home with a customer??)... sandwiches that had almost no meat... and the list of pathetically bad food goes on... but I was optimistic- I kept going back.... after all at least the desserts were good! But the last visit was the last straw!! Today I had inedible bread pudding. It was horrible, horrible I repeat horrible!! Seriously NOT edible. It made me ill. It had WAY too much cinnamon. My mouth still burns 2 hours later.. my throat is still burning with cinnamon! My stomach is upset as I stupidly swallowed a bite! It was hard. It was nasty. It was disgusting. I was so disappointed. I've never had that bad of bread pudding, ever in my life. I love bread pudding. This place used to have fabulous bread pudding!! I would have said top 5 bread puddings... I miss those days! I've never seen it this deserted. No one is eating there and now I understand why! It's disgusting. Don't go, just don't go. There may be something there that's good (my entree today was fine - not special but ok) but chances are something that you get will be horrible! So why waste your money to go to one of the more expensive restaurants in this whole area. Just don't do it. Save yourself time, energy and disgusting food that will make you feel ill! Oh... and if you call to tell them... (I'd like to give THEM feedback so they can improve) they might say they're too busy to talk now (how? The place is empty?!). Oh, but wait A they say it's not empty - it's seasonally slow. LOL! Too funny as the last owners never had a slow week let alone a slow season! I feel bad for the former owners!! Many people might not know they sold it... these new people have zero quality control!! I have a feeling they won't be open long... the lines of people waiting to eat here are gone... the tables are empty - even during lunch "rush"! Send up the white flag and die peacefully!! TLDR - food sucks! Don't go!

I'd never been to a Culver's, so when I heard that Andrew Zimmern recommended the place, I was intrigued. To Deluxes (cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, tomato...I think that's it)(one was a double), two sides and two drinks set us back about $26 (that may be the new reality but that's still a lot of money for what we got. The burgers were good. Buns were fresh, and the veggies were fresh, crunchy, and plentiful (big bonus for this). The patties were kind of thin, smash burger-ish, which was fine, but even on the double, there could've been more, but they seemed to have come right off the grill. I had cheese curds (different) which were good, and the onion rings were OK, but nothing notable. As far as experience goes though, the place was impeccably clean, and I had a nice conversation with the guy at the counter who had some recommendations for my first visit, which I asked for (he's the one who recommended the cheese curds). It was probably the most comfortable, tidy, and squared away fast food joint I'd ever been in. Anyway, these guys are worth a try. Perhaps it will hit the bullseye for you. I might be talking myself into giving them another star, since they do some things very well, above average.

We ordered and found a nice table over near the bar. My husband then ordered a beer for himself and a cider for me. Our food didn't take long at all. Our appetizer cheesy rolls came out first. They were pretty good, dense, cakey, and sweet. Our entrees followed about five minutes later. I had the three piece chicken tenders. It was a LOT of food. The chicken was especially good. I don't get breaded fried chicken often, as it can upset my stomach, but I had no such issues here. The house sauce was delicious for dipping. The shoestring fries were great. I love coleslaw but there's underwhelmed me, as it was kind of bland. My husband had the larger tender meal along with their hot rub and hot oil. He said they weren't especially hot to him but they were delicious. Our son had two sides together, the macaroni and cheese and fries, and enjoyed them both. In all, a great place. Their chicken really is something special!
