OMG I LOVE THEM! I was so so scared of dentist as I have sensitive teeth and every cleaning was a torture, well not with them, the cleaning lady (Britney) was soooo gentle what a relief! Not only this, but the dentist Dr Clark managed to target what was wrong with my teeth and fixed it! After 10 years of being hyper sensitive to cold and warm (and after seeing countless different dentists!) he fixed it in 1 appointment (and him and his assistant was so gentle I felt NO PAIN!). I was able to wash my teeth with cold water the very same night it made me cry of happiness! Thank you so much! I'm not sure what was up with the negative review, I personally love them! Do not go to this dental practice! the office staff are the rudest most entitled ignorant people. they tried to put a $2,300 crown on a tooth that had been crowned one year prior. Ashley, front desk, is detrimental to that practice. The new shiny building might be nice but the incompetence and lack of communication will result in fewer and fewer patients. I have lived and worked in BelAir for over 29 years and I will make it my business to tell everyone I know NOT to go there. it is a shady practice that lies, charges unnecessary fees, and tells you that you need things you do not need! This is the worse dental practice! I will never go back there. They billed my insurance for something that they didn't even do l.

I'm a former dental assistant of ten years and know exactly what to look for in a dentist and dental office. They are always on time, I never feel rushed and everyone is very gentle. I have yet to find any OSHA no -no's and as old habits die hard, I'm always looking. I've been a patient now since around 2010 and it's been consistent. read more

Do not use this dentist! I was told that my crown was covered by my insurance. Not the case. I am being charged out of pocket over $1200 because they never even filled the paperwork with my dental insurance!! My dental insurance verified that they never even sent the paper work for the crown!!!Appalled-- They aren't even wiling to help with a payment plan. read more

Dr Smith and his staff are awesome.I started as a new patient last fall. Scheduling was a breeze, the receptionist was so friendly. Pretty easy to get an appointment, compared to most dentists. The office is gorgeous. I was seen really quickly, the hygienist was sweet and knowledgeable. Dr Smith was very prompt and so nice! When I found out I had my FIRST cavity ever, I was so scared. Dental procedures freak me out big time, but Dr Smith calmed my nerves and made me feel a lot better. The staff was so accommodating scheduling my follow up for my cavity and it was taken care of in less than a week with minimal crying on my part. A few months later, I had another dental scare with a possible cracked tooth. I was able to see Dr Rosen the very next day and had both my fears calmed AND the issue fixed in the same visit. Dr Rosen is just as friendly and personable as Dr Smith and I left feeling so grateful. This office is great. read more

After trying to find a dental office closer to home, I stumbled upon this office. Having heard good things from a family friend, I decided to book my first appointment. It took a couple months to get in, but it was well worth the wait. As referenced by a previous reviewer, the office was itself clean and very modern with up to date equipment. I wish that YELP had 0 stars. I hate being lied to and then charged $1200 out of pocket because of the lie. Dr. Smith told me that his office manager had run the paperwork through my insurance company for 2 crowns and they were both approved and would be covered under my dental insurance plan. When I questioned to make sure it was both teeth, he went on to say that he had the information right there in my file as part of my dental plan. LIE: my insurance never even received a request for the second crown, let alone an approval. After disputing this claim with my insurance company, who told me that I was correct in my complaint, Dr. Smith sent me to a collection agency. He even refused to mediate for a price reduction with the Supervisor of Dental Delta for my area. I had to pay the full $1200 out of pocket for his lie!!! I think Dr. Smith knew exactly what he was doing. I wonder how many people in my community have suffered similar circumstances with this dental practice. read more

Horrible. Multiple mistakes with billing, charging for stuff not done. Thank goodness that I am in the medical field so I caught these charges and were able to address it. Never returned messages, whenever I called (no matter what time of the day or day of the week), always a busy tone, no one is available to talk to you. Nice looking practice, but very disorganized and charging for procedures never done. When finally got to talk to someone, they refused to admit that they were in the wrong. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! A nicely decorated, carefully choreographed con job. Don't walk, RUN! I did!!!!!! I started with an extraction and bone graft with an eye on 2 possible implants. At the next appointment they took more films and impressions and came back with a mandate that I needed implants for 8 of my front teeth. NOT!!! I got a 2nd opinion and discovered some teeth they wanted to pull and replace expensively were already crowns contrary to what they said before. They booked me for a $10K appt (1st of a series of such) but I ran! This place is a CON JOB! GO ELSEWHERE AND NEVER LOOK BACK! read more

The worst Doctor patient relationship I have ever seen. I have seen Dr. Smith 4 years ago for an elongated treatment, and and expensive one. 4 years later, I felt movement in bridge and posts he did. I called to make an appointment and was told that I will get a call back. I did not. I did get a letter two days later saying that due to a conflict of interest, my family is being dismissed. so this is the story- My husband bridge broke two days before traveling abroad. Dr. Smith could not render service in two days but told him it would take a week. My husband was referred to a different dentist who could accomplish it in one day. That happened a year ago. My husband received a "dismissal letter" I have seen no other dentist since I saw Dr. Smith. I guess my dismissal was by "association," It is the worst relationship I have ever seen, not even a call to explain. It is a shame for the entire profession that is turning medicine to a business, cold, unprofessional, irresponsible for work they did, and simply unfair. read more

Excellent experience. My nine year old broke off his two front teeth, he needed a root canal and two caps. They were extremely gentle with him. He hates going to the dentist and I was prepared for it to be a stressful day and they made the whole experience wonderful and worry free. read more
