I was welcomed by the receptionist as soon as I walked in the door. Check-in was a breeze even though it was my first time there. I can't remember the hygienist name who cleaned my tooth, but she was super friendly and sweet. Then Dr Brandon Foster came in to check up on my teeth. BEST DENTIST EVER! He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and patient. He explained to me all the questions I had about my sensitive teeth without making me feel dumb. He has a nice practice in convenient Bel Air, just off of Route 24 near Bertucci's. I chose to go from Baltimore to Bel Air when I needed a new crown for an old rear molar. Dr. Dan expertly performed the mold, the temporary, and the permanent. His lab was timely, his instrumentation and use of technology were great. Even in the middle of a pandemic, he was able to accommodate my emergency visit. His office was clean and his staff, Amanda and Christine (at front desk), were kind, courteous, and professional. I scheduled, and due to my own fault, I missed the appointment. I called the next day after realizing it, and was met with the MOST rude office manager. She told me that I was blocked from making a new appointment because I missed my "new patient" appointment. I told her I'd been in once before and she said b/c it was an EMERGENCY appointment that I was still considered "new" (mind you this isn't my primary dentist but I was thinking of switching over) so they basically BANNED me for accidentally mixing up the date of my appointment. I went in the office to personally speak with someone in charge and to my surprise, the office manager didn't give the same energy she had over the phone once I dropped in- she then offered to speak with someone to see if I "could get rescheduled" which I later found out SHE could've easily done the reschedule. I don't know what type of games this office is playing, and everytime I've been in there they are empty- they should want the business. I called to the Towson office was promised a call back by the owners and that NEVER happened- that was a week ago. So, I'd say take your business elsewhere if you can.

My Hygientist was Nicole....my long lost Hygientist that switches practices and we were reconnected. My anxiety was quelled and they have gained another long term patient. The result was a dark, dull tooth that I saw in every photo. I met with several dentists about it over the years but they either wanted to do more work than I was comfortable with, it was too pricey for me at the time, or their front desk staff were less than easy to work with. I was referred to this practice by an orthodontist. She said this office is where she sent all of her patients for that final aesthetic touch-up after long courses of braces or Invisalign. She showed me some before and after photos, and I contacted this office for a consultation. They were able to schedule me via email which was extremely convenient. After a thorough consultation and discussion of my problem and possible solutions, I was offered a clear rate sheet outlining the cost of the procedures. It's not cheap, but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. I'm happy to say that although the cost is high, the level of service and professionalism is as well. Dr. Dancykier encouraged me to be honest with him throughout the process, and when I decided that my temporary veneers were too long, it was easy to schedule an adjustment and re-mold so that the final results were perfect. Not once was I treated like a nuisance for asking questions or wanting changes made, which can be the case in a lot of other medical or dental settings. After getting my temporaries and final veneers, Dr. Dancykier contacted me to make sure I was happy with them, which I really appreciated. I may go back for one small adjustment, and it's nice to know that I can do that easily at this practice. Also, every single appointment I had here began on time, which was a nice added bonus on top of everything else.
