We told him we were waiting for other estimates as well. We decided to use Castle for a few French doors. We gave a deposit. We asked that another door be replaced as well. He came to our house and measured the other door. He then informed my husband he had made a mistake in the estimate and it would cost another 1700.00. It was unprofessional behavior but we agreed to the extra 1700.00 error. We received another estimate for all doors. We told Castle Windows and Doors to go ahead. Our deposit check had been cashed. Two days went by, we received another phone call. To add another 7000.00 to the final estimate. They had made another error.
