Few years ago they were incapable of properly replacing stairs, used mismatched pieces and refused to offer refund or credit. 2. Recently ordered a new washer and after 2 attempts they failed to install it. A) First attempt they realized the washer was damaged. B) second time the installers claimed they were unable to remove the hose and said we had to call a "real plumber" - what a joke. Washer was returned. So expect chaos trying to deal with finding merchandise in store and getting ordered items are often with delays which most often don't get explained!
