I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.

I told Michael at the end of week 2, tools will need to be put down, any work unfinished I wanted to be reimbursed for and then they needed to pack up and get out. Michael agreed and said okay. After 5 weeks opening my home to these guys, They destroyed my flooring in my living room, my coffee table, my entertainment center, left garbage everywhere in my home, left inappropriate drawings in my walls, left rotting chicken in my fridge, washed their tools in my kitchen sink. Left a dumpster in my yard [still here 3 weeks later] - and the best part is, they lied about the plumbing rework, and this flooded my entire living room ceiling which I then had to tear out myself due to the water damage. Initially I told Michael and Logan, I wanted to be fair, they did some electrical and mudding work, 30% of all work had been completed at this time, but had been paid in full [at the end of 5 weeks], I told them I would let them keep half the money, but that they needed to pay me back for what work was not completed. [70% of work had not been completed] Michael agreed to this when he came to pick up his tools but asked for a two week extension to get me my money back, I said okay, today is the end of two weeks, I asked him where my money is and he told me he will see me in court and that he will counter sue me if I say anything poor about his company for slander. [texts for proof if anyone wants to reach out to me] Michael and Logan did not show up to work on time 1 day, [9 am] Michael does not have his own vehicle to get to work, [despite being a co-owner of this business] is extremely dishonest, and is now being pursued by me for theft, property damage and fraud.
