My husband and I were struggling financially a bit. I had a bill in collections and Dr De La O decided to have me and my family banned from the practice. I was devastated and still am. We just moved back to Utah from California and I'm looking for a pediatrician and can't go back to what my kids know and are comfortable with. I called today and billing told me they could ask if I could come back since it's been so long and told me which doctor made the decision to have us banned.. I immediately felt that any doctor that would ban us doesn't need to be our doctor. Thank you for being so understanding doctor De La O.
