    Dr. Metcalf was our wonderful family doctor. He retired and Dr. De La O took over his patients. My…read moremom worked with him when she was young. I had spinal meningitis when I was young and he came to check on me. He was more than a doctor. He was family. He was also my 2 kids pediatrician until he retired! My husband and I were struggling financially a bit. I had a bill in collections and Dr De La O decided to have me and my family banned from the practice. I was devastated and still am. We just moved back to Utah from California and I'm looking for a pediatrician and can't go back to what my kids know and are comfortable with. I called today and billing told me they could ask if I could come back since it's been so long and told me which doctor made the decision to have us banned.. I immediately felt that any doctor that would ban us doesn't need to be our doctor. Thank you for being so understanding doctor De La O. I hope that anyone considering her as your doctor will know that she won't work with you if you're ever in a difficult financial spot.

    Completely disappointed in our visit with Dr. Waterhouse. During our visit with our 6 month old…read moredaughter, she's coughing non stop, and goes to look in her mouth with the wooden tool, then takes her other finger and places it in her mouth moving around her gums with NO glove, extremely unsanitary as she didn't wash her hands before and had previously been touching the stool, typing on the computer etc.
