I took it to Shipman showed them the papers the other had supplied they looked at them put all the data in their computer and came up with a price several hundred lower. I had them do the work, it was ready when promised. They gave me a small retired military discount, plus they didn't need all the parts they thought and took that off the final bill. An hour later the job was done, they said they did the best they could straightening out a bent bumper attachment(hmm no mention to using those parts I paid for??). The end result was marginally better than before I brought vehicle to them. I sent before and after photos to the owner asking if this was the best they could do, but they didn't reply. Vehicle is a 2020 Nissan Rogue, and very clean with no previous accidents. Bottom line, if you have a lease car and insurance sends you to these guys, they are fine. If you are looking for real craftsmanship, I would not recommend them.

I was there less than an hour as they had to drop the bumper in order to replace the reflector and add a screw to hold it in after I checked out I realize they charged me for two hours of labor. I went back in and they gave me some lame excuse as to how it's figured out which made no sense since I was there just under an hour so I advise to ask upfront what is the minimum number of hours they charge for labor.
