She is young, very pretty, sweet and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. George Paul and his son Mark are the owners and operators. They have been in this business for over 40 years. They also have a very good relationship with all of the auto insurance companies and are trusted and known to do excellent work. But their first loyalty is to the customer. I would say that George Paul's Body Shop is the very best place to take your wrecked automotive needs.

As we live on the MS Coast more than 3hours away, we asked the responding officer to tow our vehicle to the nearest body shop. Unfortunately, that shop was Capitol Body Shop. Since it was on a Sunday, I spent the day researching the reviews online. Before any work was done on our vehicle I became very concerned about our decision and shared my concerns with the Capitol Body Shop staff. In the meantime, I contacted my insurance company State Farm who recommended their approved service shop Service King. Again, we live 3 hours away. So, I asked for Capitol to do a quick inspection to tell me what the damage was and if it could be completed within the week. After two days of calling and emailing Capitol, they sent me a blank permission contract allowing them to do all necessary repairs. NO ESTIMATE, NO TIME FRAME! Naturally, with growing concerns, I instructed them not to touch my vehicle and to release it to Service King. In short, they refused to release my vehicle before paying them more than $600! The characters involved Bonnie, BJ, and Paul. At this point, I was ready to make the drive up there myself to straighten things out, however, after speaking with the Service King, Service Advisor Michael Winston, he assured me that they would work with State Farm to remedy matters. As such, they paid the ridiculous charges to move by vehicle to the Service King Shop. Mr. Winston and his staff took control of the matter and kept me abreast of the progress with both the repairs and my insurance company. In addition, going out of their way, to work with us as our daughter made two or three trips to the shop as they made the repairs. Mr. Winston, also a father of a college student, went the extra mile for us in so many ways, as I'm sure the staff did too. To this day, I've never met Mr. Winston, but can't be happier with Service King's service, repairs, and respect I have for them. Highly Recommend Service King or anywhere Mr. Winston is in charge.
