My review is not about a repair but more about customer service. I was headed to do an inspection for my job 3 hours away. I had a low tire pressure light come on out the blue. I looked for somewhere along my route to stop immediately. I saw Paul's Body Shop. I dropped in and asked if someone could check my tires. The gentleman was very helpful. He checked my tires and added air. I asked how much for his services. He said no charge. I appreciate this level of customer service. It is rare. If I needed a body shop, I would certainly try them. read more

This is a family owned business. If your looking for someone to give you personal service, this is the place. Amazing paint and body work. They are a State Farm approved Body Shop and the only one within a 50mile radius. That includes Jackson, Brandon, Mendenhall, Magee, Madison, and more. Samantha is the office manager. She is young, very pretty, sweet and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. George Paul and his son Mark are the owners and operators. They have been in this business for over 40 years. They also have a very good relationship with all of the auto insurance companies and are trusted and known to do excellent work. But their first loyalty is to the customer. I would say that George Paul's Body Shop is the very best place to take your wrecked automotive needs. read more

Great body shop overall. Pros: Very friendly. Cooperative. Courteous. Was willing to do what other body shops wouldn't do. Fairly priced for what I needed to get done. Cons: Didn't call me back when my car was done being worked on. (More info below) Other thoughts: I called multiple times with questions and they answered every time and were very courteous. I was getting a spoiler installed so they asked me to bring it in with my car so they could see what they need to do. So I brought it up there and they looked at it quickly and gave me a price estimate and I asked if tomorrow morning would work and they said yes. So I dropped my car off at 7:40. They said it would all take about an hour to do. So I knew there was gonna be some time for them to get started on it. I called them at 9:20 expecting it to be done and the lady on the phone said the guy was about to finish on a different car and work on mine. So not wanting to be a persecutor/tormentor I didn't call back for a while. When it was finally 11:40 I was thinking "this is outrageous, they should've called me by now." So I called them at that time and someone's voice I've never heard before answered and told me it was ready. I wanted to say "why didn't you call me and tell me? it's been 4 hours?" But I didn't. I went and made a swift payment, got my keys, and drove off. Overall everything was great and the job that they did was OUTSTANDING. Would I come back to this body shop?
