For Starters, After my windshield tint job was complete, inspected vehicle and checked for errors,…read morenoticed big gash on my front driver side fender, showed it to the employee who was working on my tint, He then called the owner, after about 30 seconds of explaining what happened, the owner began to yell at me over the phone, curse repeatedly after complaining about the work, he then called me several hurtful names and called me a "scammer" he continued his rant with me for over 15 minutes, he told me to leave and never come back. he also said he would come down to the tint shop and fight me as he lived up the street. the employee locked my car in the shop so I could not leave and I was forced to pay full price. He took no responsibility for the error as his employees admitted fault and I also have photos of sharp items inside the employees waist storage that would have caused the damage, the tape measure pictured in one of the attached images was inside the apron too. This could have EASILY been avoided by wearing the proper clothing for the job. I have photos of my car pre damage going into the tint shop. Also the tint install itself isn't great either, the tint is scratched on the inside really bad from the squeegee, also their are bubbles. overall very very disappointed in this business. also the shop is very dirty, there is no adequate sanitary seating or bathroom, NOBODY deserves to be treated the way the owner treated a paying repeat customer like myself, And nobody should be threatened by the owner of a business they are shopping at with bodily harm. Have I mentioned he was able to show up at work place within a couple of minutes and was able to get my vehicle done that day. After the service, Chris also assured that if there any issues, he'll meet up once more and fix it. --update-- Tiny bubbles all over windshield and some on passenger side. I have attempted to reschedule twice with Chris, but he never shows up due to things kept coming up. He let me know the first time and we forecasted the meetup a week out, but something came up and he rescheduled to early Sunday. I rescheduled that appointment because I didn't want him working in the rain. Monday morning, he was a no- show and did not let me know until 10 min after the meet up time. This is my first and last time trying mobile services. Sure, it's convenient but it's also shooting darts in the dark due to environmental factors. It's fine, I'll get it redone elsewhere. I recently had my car windows tinted, as well as having several door dings removed. They did an excellent job! A couple of the door dings were in a crease in the body panel, which makes it 10 times more difficult, but they did an excellent job. For the dents that were in the smooth surface, you can't tell that they were ever there. The window tint job came out much better than I expected. I upgraded to the ceramic coated tint, which reduces 90% of the heat, which is great for the summer in the South, especially since my car is black on black. I was surprised at how quickly they completed the job. I thought I was just going to drop it off and pick it up later, but my plans changed and I ended up waiting in their lobby, but I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I expected. I would highly recommend that you give them a call. They may not be the cheapest place in town for tint, but you get what you pay for! I'm more than happy!
