I don't know if it's because I'm a woman and don't understand things associated with having a car…read morefixed or if this is the norm. I paid $5,300 for an engine to be put in my son's car. Long story short, it took two wrong engines before they got the correct one. No one called to update me. The only way I knew both times that there was a delay was because I had to call to check on the status of the car. No one called to update me on what was going on. After the correct engine was put in the car, the SAME DAY we picked it up, my son was o n the side of the road. Car wouldn't crank, all kinds of error messages on the dashboard. Bedrock towed the car BUT charged me for the towing!!! Had I known this, I could have had my insurance company tow it at no cost. When I complained about this I was told it's standard for them to charge. BULL. They got over on me. If I would have been told there was a charge, I would have called my ins company. And the LEAST Bedrock could have done was pay the fee being they just released the car to me THE SAME DAY it ended up on the side of the road!!! MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER. Oh and I had to get a battery too after they towed the car and checked it again. WHY was that not checked when they had for almost a MONTH??? I believe I was cheated out of my money and am seriously considering calling a lawyer. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!

I paid them, but it didn't work so I took it back next day. I met owners wife and told her to get on my antenna. It never got fixed. I wouldn't trust them to plug in my TV. They seem nice and will shake your hand while they screw over you. I'm 77 years old and had to crawl under my dash and hook it up myself. They are terrible. After a full month they didn't even get it right.. Avoid this place
