In addition we ordered blown glasses orbs that contain some of her ashes as part of the glass, no two are the same. We are waiting on the glass artist to complete them. We were told it takes a little time because of the uniqueness. Wonderful family owned business (multi generations) and support staff. Focused on making our loss as painless as humanly possible. This allowed many who could not attend in person to say goodbye remotely. They include music that was in accordance of our religion and ensured that the ceremony was given the time to say goodbye. The only complaint I had was the lady who took care of us seemed a bit cold, but I guess in that type of business you become cold well perhaps that happened to her she didn't offer condolences nothing just let's get this business over with. If I asked a question she didn't know she didn't even try to find answer.I Again I am horrible with names, but this young lady was very compassionate and helpful I was unsure if I was going to be able to drive back to Tennessee or have to fly and she provided me with a free box to ship the urn. irregardless if I ever had to use them again, I would. Light and bright, yet with cozy groupings that featured comfortable couches, armchairs, and side tables. There were gorgeous curtain treatments, classical light fixtures, and plenty of seating for mourners. The bathrooms were immaculate with an elegant floral arrangement. The lounge area provided everything that family and mourners would need for a break--coffee, tea, bottled water, and a selection of soda. Even napkins and paper plates, which we had forgotten to bring, were available. There was a large table with a generous amount of chairs for gathering together. Plentiful tissue boxes were placed throughout. Every detail was thought of and provided for the care of those who were grieving. The attendants, Deanna Moran and Patricia Sanchez, went above and beyond. They warmly greeted the family when we arrived and assisted in providing the risers for the floral arrangements that we brought. We were shown where everything was located in the building (bathroom, lounge, lounge supplies). They were attentive and caring, making certain that the entire event went smoothly from start to finish.
