My appointment was 6pm so it wasn't busy at all. The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. I would've been seen sooner but I didn't feel out my forms prior to my appointment. Be ware! My wife and I both went to this dentist and they quoted us a reasonable price and billed us accordingly to just turn around and max our insurance and then send us an astronomical tail bill. On top of this to contact anyone in billing is like pulling teeth and all they do is send you harassing text/email/calls to try and collect. Additionally, they have sent me a bill for before I even lived up here and knew they existed. Major scam office!! The care/treatment was not good at all on top of all of this. read more

Waited an hour and 1/2 for a cleaning. The hygienist recommended a "deep cleaning"; said the Dr. would see me. She came back said the Dentist, that I never saw agreed with her about the deep cleaning. I expressed I just wanted a regular cleaning for now. Well, no, she couldn't do that because of her suggestion of the $$$$ deep cleaning. I left and won't ever go back! Didn't even see the dentist!! Pam H. This is the most unprofessional dentist office I've ever been in. The receptionist and the assistant are clearly in the wrong profession. This facility continuously wanted to charge me for services that they did not complete, and when I requested adjustments due to the improper fit, they wanted to charge me additional money for fixing their mistake. I suggest you find a more reputable dentist. I often wondered why it was usually empty, now I know why. I was told the wrong information about not needing to have xrays to have teeth cleaned. They claimed they were not responsible because a call center told me the wrong thing. Then, my insurance was billed for a "treatment evaluation" because they supposedly reviewed my old xrays before telling me I had to have new ones taken. No one looked into my mouth. Pros- Calming appearance. Country music playing quietly Cons-everything else. The doctor & the receptionist Cindy were both awful. Really ruins an experience when no one in charge is genuine. Cindy played kind as long we were talking about her upcoming trip to Disney. But as soon as I asked for an itemization of charges & X-rays emailed to me she became short & snippy. stated she was only one person & couldn't provide both. we were not in a rush & said it didn't matter how long it took, but we needed it before leaving. Cindy became crass & started laughing (while smiling and said "I can not believe yall, I am just one person"). As someone who works in the service industry, I am so patient w/ service workers & never assume they're in the wrong. My party was patient, allowed this woman to talk about her family's upcoming Disney vacation for 7 minutes according to my watch; & when she (Cindy) realized she had taken so long not assisting the guest (me) she said "let me shut my big mouth, what do you want?", after providing insurance information & filling out documents on Samsung tablet, Cindy began talking bad about another patient at the front desk to a black gentleman sitting behind the desk. There was a nurse or technician (I'm unsure) that was so incredibly kind. She took my X-rays and took down all of my symptoms. grateful for her patience & how thorough she was asking questions. The dentist came in & said "you're fine, you might want to look into getting a new filling, no infection, I'll give you a prescription for ibuprofen, I'd check out your local detonator to offer a new filling. But no worries. It'll be easy to fix" turned to leave. * As I was in excruciating pain, I was confused. I had shared w/ the nurse / technician (she had pretty nails and her birthday was on Monday, but I can't remember her name) that my symptoms mirrored that of a heart attack, & I was on day 1 of vacation, I was truly hoping that something could be done to fix the pain asap & I'm confused as to why he didn't look at the list of symptoms the nurse wrote down & I said, "sir, respectfully, I have a stomach lining condition where I can't take Ibuprofen, can you please prescribe something different- my pain is insane & I'm really struggling right now. I haven't been able to sleep in 36 hours and I can't feel my right thumb". And he laughed. Like visibly & audibly & said " you didn't tell me any of these details, didn't provide a single concern until I tell you all you're getting is ibuprofen, you don't tell me anything is hurting and you want something stronger?" I said "I informed the lady at the front desk &your nurse took notes" The nurse /tech spoke up & said "oh that's my bad" this man never once checked my chart He said "you don't have an infection, but I'll give you antibiotics if the pain is real, then this will make it go away". I said "sir antibiotics don't help pain. You know that & if you in your own words say I don't have an infection then antibiotics do nothing I'm not drug seeking I'm hoping for relief. If you can't do the root canal or filling procedure can you please help me make it through the weekend till I get back home ? I don't want to be in bed all day with ice each day while they go out & celebrate". He said "well if you can't take (with his hands in the air using air quotes) ibuprofen then no, there's nothing I can give you. You have no infection. But amoxicillin will take the pain way". I said "sir amoxicillin is an antibiotic, if I don't have an infection. Why am I taking an antibiotic? I feel like you're not listening to me?" Without looking at my chart he states "okay okay fine you have an infection so take the antibiotic. You'll feel better by dinner." He walks away. He changed his diagnosis 3x. He told me if I couldn't take a prescription grade ibuprofen there's no other medicine available for pain related to the pulp/nerve ending showing. I am not drug -seeking. I simply needed help on vacation. Will I go back? Never. Do I recommend this place? No. be prepared to deal w/ a white man that doesn't view your chart & makes assumptions &a diagnosis w/o looking in your mouth. never rushed anyone.We were patient yet we had to wait through listening to someone's Disney trip itinerary before being checked in for appointment 4 days have gone by & no pain has been resolved because there's no infection & never was (despite taking the medicine as directed. Following up with my personal dentist in my town as directed and have a root canal scheduled as needing a filling again to replace what fell out was not what was needed either. Did this place help me at all? Absolutely not. I hope the nurse/tech w/ the pretty nails finds a better place to work because she has got to be struggling working around such nut cases. I went for two teeth cleanings and originally asked what the cleanings would cost out of pocket. The receptionist at the time told me one price and they told me at the second appointment that my 3rd appointment would could 3X as much for a teeth cleaning. $500 out of pocket! I would have never established care with them if I had known that and made that very clear. They mislead me and I had to go and find a whole new dentist to get established with because I don't trust them now. On top of that they double billed me even though I paid out of pocket at my appointment and refuse to answer the phone or reply to the many voicemails I left. Now strike three, I get an email saying they took it upon themselves to automatically schedule my appointment for next month and whenever I call to cancel because I go to a different place now they don't pick up and there is no way to cancel online. I'm planning on reporting them to the Better business bureau for multiple counts of fraud now that they have offered no communication, double charged me and are probably going to charge me for not canceling the appointment I did not book! read more

I rarely write bad reviews because I understand that people have off days but this bad review is more than warranted. I have dental insurance so I was quoted one price based upon me having insurance. I paid my co-pay and I thought that would be the end of it well to my surprise I received a bill in the mail. After calling the billing department I was told that the dentist wasn't in network what when did that happen and why wasn't I told about that before I got the procedure done? I was told initially that the doctor was in network and given a statement showing my total cost. I was then told by the billing office that if I didn't pay this outrageous price that they would put this on my credit report!! I personally would never step foot in this office again I should have listened when others had written about their own terrible experience here. Listen to me now don't make the same mistake I did, find another dentist. The doctor was horrible and a staff member told me after the fact that she wouldn't take her own children here! read more
