I found this chiropractor online after having lower back pain for the last 2 months. They were able…read moreto see me the same day which was great. 1st appt was normal xrays, paperwork, questions. Dr Graham adjusted me, and I did leave in less pain than when I went in so that was perfect. I thought this is great! Second appt was the following week. Went over xrays talked about the treatment plan. They wanted me to commit to 4 or 6 weeks can't remember which. I committed to 2 and then we could see where we were at. I was told they were working with insurance and that my deductible was met and that my copay would be $15 a visit. I agreed and signed all the paperwork. Was adjusted and went home again feeling better than when I went in so definitely a win. I went back 3 more times that week. Now here why I'm unhappy. The following week my first of the 3 appt for that week was on a wed but Monday morning when my pain was so bad I called and they were able to get me right in. My pain was at an 8 and I was definitely hurting. As I'm waiting to be adjusted the lady that deals with insurance comes to tell me that insurance didn't approve the first few visits and that I'll be responsible for the times I came in before it was approved. $55 a visit. I heard what she was saying but I was hurting so bad I couldn't think. I was adjusted and left. Again my pain was better after leaving. This is why I left the 3 stars. After coming home and talking it over with the hubby I had to call the 2 friends I had recommended him to, one of whom I had just given the coupon for free xrays, and explain that now I had an almost $200 bill! After having a deductible that was met. I called this morning and and was met with I'm sorry, and that the pre authorization hasn't gone through. I understand that these things happen but a conversation should have taken place explaining the pre authorization and that if it didn't go through before the visits I'd be responsible for the $55 office visits. (also other chiropractors I've been to in the area are $40) So I canceled the rest of the appointments and will be looking for a new chiropractor that doesn't hit me with a big bill after saying it would be $15 a visit.

There were no X-rays performed or scanners to check my current health state. This chiropractor office somewhat reminds me of an assembly line. For the past few months, I would come into the office to sign in. After signing in, I would proceed to the machines they had. I was able to lay on the roller machine which helped loosen up my muscles, then hooked to neck stretching machine and then electrical STIM machine. Afterwards, I would go see the doctor to get adjusted. It seems like its the same process for everyone and there is little room for individualized care. I really wanted to give this place a chance but I am not really seeing any improvement in my health. The staff is cordial however, I really think it's only because they get my money. I am grateful to have had this experience because I now know what to look for when I am looking for a better chiropractor.

The "chiropractor" never even gave me an exam or felt anything in my back, he adjusts everyone the same and processes you like cattle. very "wham bam thankyou ma'am". The staff is rude they talk about personal topics EXTREMELY loud while your trying to relax on a roller table or get "STIM" I rememer 1 conversation about how they hate everyones kids, but their own. Not being a newbie to chiropractic care I took to Yelp to find one who would suit my needs - not all chiropractors are created equal, and certainly not all practice the way I look for. In chiropractors I look for: personalization to my specific issues, thorough diagnosis, layman explanations of what they think the problem is, someone who is willing to work with me on specifics that I want addressed (rack and crack if I want it), and above all a chiropractor who's goal is to get you better and get you out the door instead of trying to suck you into endless visits (like so many do). Yelp came through and I found LeGault! LeGault helped me work through back, neck, shoulder, and hip issues; some had been chronic like the hips, and others like my lower back had just sprung up. Personally, I immediately felt better after my first visit, but came up with a plan for appts. at the first visit to rectify the underlying issues. LeGault was more optimistic than me on how long it would take to correct my problems and I can happily say we beat both of our expectations! I am sure I will be back to LeGault as issues arise due to my active lifestyle, but after this first bout of visits I am confident I've found the right chiropractor for me!
