Dr. Ditcharo is very attentive, listens to our questions and answers them without reserve. He takes his time with us and our concerns are his concerns. He has even contacted us during off business hours when we had an issue with a palate expander on a weekend. The office staff is super friendly and attentive as well. Dr. Durham's assistant, Claire was awesome! She was very thorough with explaining the steps of getting my braces on and she made me feel at ease throughout the process. Dr. Durham himself was very personable and efficient as he rotated to/from each patient. Out of 5 consultations in the area, Dr. Durham and his staff had me at "Hello". From the staff in the front end to the staff in the back end, the hospitality and professionalism remained consistent. After completing my consultation, I called back a day or two after to schedule my initial treatment. *They provide you with an electric toothbrush, t-shirt and some other goodies after completing your initial treatment. Also, there's no additional charge for adults to have clear braces. They also have a reward program that I'm SUPER stoked about. The program allows you accumulate points and redeem for gift cards.
