I also liked that I called at 8 am, and by 2:30 pm, I had a new hot water heater installed. I don't think I received the best "deal" I could get on the water heater. I could have saved some bucks. However, with this installation, I received a 10-year warranty from the company, and they will come out and service the water heater for a small extra amount. My installer was Jaime V., who had great knowledge and a friendly attitude. He caught a small leak in his work and fixed it. As we all know, some would have just left; however, Jaime wanted to leave with everything fixed. I have had this water heater for just a few hours. We did not personally hire them as they were hired by our condo association and the condo property manager. Also, they tried to say the washer connection and pipes were installed incorrectly and charged us $1,000.00 dollars to correct them. After a second opinion, we were informed that nothing was wrong with the connection or pipes. This gave a red flag to us. We feel this company is not trustworthy. My 4 years old nephew took a rock that was on a bookshelf and drop it into the toilet putting a hole in it. My brother and I when shopping for a new one and met Mike Ballester while he was buying 2 toilets for customer and we set up an appointment time. We met back at Home Depo he listen to what our needs were then show us two toilets and explain everything about toilets so we could pick the best one for us. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and while put on bootie ask about pets inside so they are safe. Before starting Mike lay down drop cloths and brought in wet vac. Of course the second job was given to him because of the attention to detail and professional work that was involved. As a retired Army Major I have high expectations and standards and Tim and his crew not only met them, but surpassed as well. The first job I gave to Tim was based on his competitive bid and constant communication for setting everything up. Like all of us, we've had those contractors that basically do the minimum but Tim showed great customer service and it was obvious that he takes pride and cares about his business. When Tim and his crew arrived they were early, friendly and respectful of my property. Tim was on location getting his hands dirty and spent over 8 hours cleaning and sealing my gutters and power washing my very long driveway and parking area. I'm glad as a homeowner that he was able to give me tips on maintenance of the gutters. He even sprayed away some spiderwebs that seem to love the inside of screened in areas of my house. All I know is that All Star is now my go to company for cleaning my gutters and driveway. And spiders too... The second job I had Tim complete was power washing my house that is for sale because as we all know, the green stuff likes to get into all the bricks and pavers if left alone. He also power washed inside the lanai which was in pretty bad shape and recommended that I apply new water based floor paint to freshen up the whole ground. All I've ever known is that people usually apply some type of epoxy that is costly, full of chemicals and will over time need to be refreshed. After applying a single layer of the paint and allowing time to dry, there were areas that showed through and when I mentioned this to Tim there was NO hesitation or any excuses. He swiftly said he'd be back the next to apply a second coat. This is how ALL businesses should conduct themselves. Applying the water based paint came out looking just as good as my epoxy garage floors which the previous owners paid a lot for. I highly recommend Tim and his business for all your power washing needs, gutter cleaning and floor painting. He went above and beyond what I expected!

Tim was courteous and professional and post work cleanup was immaculate. Justin and Tim worked as a team to make sure every inch was cleaned! They removed our hurricane shutters and cleaned each one (front and back) by hand. Not a trace of water left (including the well at the bottom); they used a shop vac to suck up the water that pooled. The unit below us was also kept nice and tidy! They even fixed our sliders that came off track. Now we can sit out in our lanai and enjoy the view! Thank you Tim and Justin!
