When I moved I was shopping around again for new homeowners insurance and called them up for a new quote. The woman on the phone was short and rude with me and hung up before I could also ask for a car policy quote. So I called back, no one answered (they never answer the phone but always return the call). I called back after 24 hours of not hearing back and left another message, about 8 hours later the woman called back at which point I finally was able to inform them that I also wanted a car policy quote. It's been an additional 24 hours and I still don't have a quote from them! I've called 5 other insurance places and received a quote from every single one of them within 2 hours of calling the first time. I ended up going with another company who's agent was responsive and had competitive rates and great coverage.
