Our HVAC died on us in October of 2024. It was 16 years old on R-22. Eric came out to service it,…read moreplugged the leak. Apparently it had more than one leak and the entire refrigerant ran out in two days. He was completely out of refrigerant. We opted to wait on replacing it due to costs. It was something we had to save up for. Fortunately we have a very well insulated home made with 'ice block', a method of insulating the inside of the block using styrofoam supports. So the house holds up well in the winter months as we used two oil heaters and maintained a very comfortable environment in a 2100' home. We finally saved enough $ to pay for an entire replacement based on what we were seeing similar units selling for online with labor. We had several estimates done by other HVAC companies as well, but Air Flow Systems was considerably cheaper ($5,000 to as much as $12,000 less), and that was with the upgraded SEER2 plus the new 454B. This unit had all the bells and whistles of energy efficiency and is incredibly whisper quiet at all times. I questioned Eric on the much lower than anticipated fee, and he said he did cut us a big discount (by thousands, literally) due to what happened prior with running out of refrigerant, and as fellow Christians. This new version is amazingly smooth, has a touchscreen thermostat (very nice) and little perks. We never hear it turn on and off, which is great! They had this installed in under 6 hours. We are extremely pleased that they arranged this before the 4th of July, 2025 as well. Eric has us on the calendar for annual wellness check ups, too, but this unit will surely outlast the old one it replaced and will likely outlive us! Great service, arrived exactly on time early in the morning and installed lickety-split! He has such a good attitude about his product and business, and good things to say about Christ as well. Very grateful and super satisfied with the unexpected discounts and generosity. He even ran home for more refrigerant as he was a little short. He wanted to be sure we had the maximum needed. Highly recommend, and will use him always!

I applied for Efficiency Arizona and the first contractor they connected me with I spent over 2…read moremonths trying to get my install, I was able to get a new contractor assigned to me and was so glad they assigned me Saguaro Air Solutions they were wonderful quick to give me a quote and within a week they did the install and it only took Jesse and his men 1 day to do the install and remove the old AC unit. If you are going through Efficiency Arizona I suggest you ask for this company to do your install. Even if you don't use Efficiency Arizona I recommend contacting this company. Amazing & affordable HVAC service in Sierra Vista - Saguaro Air Solutions…read more Jesse (owner of Saguaro Air Solutions) provided me a fair & honest estimate to replace my whole A/C system. Out of the 4 estimates I received, his was a lower cost & for a much better system with a heat pump. I questioned if he offered any discounts/rebates, & his answer was that he charges a flat rate (for system & installation) & doesn't show a bunch of discounts to make the customer feel good about getting a good price. Jesse was very responsive to all my email inquiries & answered everything I had questions/concerns about - approx 6 emails). He kept me informed up to the day of installation. The install went very well & it was only 1 day w/o A/C vs the other HVAC companies of 2 days - including from major, more popular companies.   I also had duct cleaning done - the same day. They were careful to cover all furniture & carpeting to avoid falling dust. They also took the extra effort & cleaned/washed my register vent covers, & cleaned up the work site upon completion. Jose cam over on Friday before Labor Day to give us an estimate, which was reasonable. Once the price was firmed up we even asked about doing our little wooden shed and he added that in at no extra charge. The crew even asked if they could start on Monday, which was Labor Day, at no extra charge. They did a great job of masking and cutting in the two-tone colors. They even painted the security doors, 2 gates and some wrought-iron fence that's attached to the house without even being asked. The place looks great and I wouldn't hesitate to call then again should the need arise.
