Both contractors use rollers and brushes, not sprayers. Both contractors estimated to finish in approximately 7 days. The difference in price was amazing: Esteban quoted us exactly half "the other guy". Esteban is an affable, joyous man who takes great pride in his work. He has a two-man crew whom he treats very well. They arrived at our house at precisely 8 am every morning and worked until around 4 pm each afternoon, with a much-deserved 1-hour lunch break under our trees. They worked quickly and efficiently. They removed and reinstalled all exterior hardware (e.g., lighting fixtures, wall-mounted television, outdoor speakers). They were very clean. Each night, they tucked their equipment on our patio. They made no mistakes, caused no damage to our home, and left our home looking better, much better, than before. Most impressively, they finished in 4 days: 3 less than estimated! Because Esteban is a small businessman, he accepts only cash or check. No Venmo, Square, or Apple Pay. The estimate was fast and accurate and Sam even helped us pick out a new color for the trim.
