When the contract with her expired, I quickly moved on to a realtor that did "have a heart" and was professional too. I tell all of my friends not to use Natalie; it was a horrible experience. UPDATE - Natalie's response is perfect. It proves how she makes personal attacks and is unprofessional. I personally know of 3 families who have had negative experiences with her.
