It's a pretty good bus service, located in Crescent City and serving coastal Northern California pretty well in general. I used to connect to this using the Greyhound and now that doesn't exist anymore. It's pretty tragic to know that after coming up and down the West Coast on the bus through CC and even to CC so many times, and seeing beautiful Crescent City from a Greyhound I'll now only be able to drive up here (which I prefer anyway) as the Dallas-based company decided to stop serving the coast of Northern Cali, and believe me, we were pretty disappointed about it.

For example, if you have a 7am flight and you want to check a bag, you'll need to arrive well before 6:15am. The recommended time is 90 minutes before departure for checked baggage. The cut-off time for checking-in is 1 hour. If you miss those cut-off times, you can be denied boarding. The airlines that serve Del Norte have an online check-in. Just download your boarding pass to your phone. You'll still need your RealID or other acceptable ID such as passport. The officers of Del Norte TSA provide excellent service with courtesy and professionalism. This airport may be smaller than others, but the TSA team upholds the highest level of airline passenger safety.

Flight attendant was sweet when I made small talk with her and meant busines. she was courteous along with other cabin crew upon arrival of flight! The same staff that greets you out off the cabin also opens the door to let you into the small airport building. The small building was equipped with a vending machine, comfy waiting chairs overlooking where the air flight arrives and enjoyed the small restroom stalls equipped with necessary female personals for a quarter or what not. On a windy day it's difficult to stay indoors and look out for your ride because there are no windows facing the pick ups and drop off area so I stayed out doors where a small bench and table where located. Unfortunately, I must admit, I forgot my charger so I thought I would ask the front desk and of course no one is there. It makes sense since it is a small airport but you would think someone is guarding or out on watch just in case of an emergency. Eventually after some good time 15-30 min I see a young female staff and ask if If there is any way for me to borrow a charger. She gave me a very snotty matter of fact answer and acted as if was busy and heading to another room. She could of at least tried to be more friendly. My phone was dying and i needed to communicate with my ride about my pick up! I highly suggest she works on being more genuinely nice. Hopefully I don't run into her in the near future. And I do agree it was not her job to provide me a charger but we are all human and sometimes forget!! My future suggestion would be maybe they can make a permanent wall plug-in charger dock station (like in the cities). So people don't take those chargers that way if someone really needs to communicate before or after a flight there is no miscommunications especially since this airport is out in the goonies with no outside plug-in in site.

She showed up on time when we had an appointment, and she was honest with me when she was busy and couldn't pick me up for around 45 minutes because she was busy with rides ahead of me. She was friendly and very professional. I suggest you try ABC Cab first if you need a cab in Crescent City. You'll be happy with your choice.

We picked up some souvenirs to take back home. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.
