The 1st time it wasn't until I texted him a couple of times later in the day that he got back to me explaining that he fell asleep and his cell phone wasn't charged. Today's ride was a free ride - one he offered after the first incident that he promised to honor. By 11 I called him. asking where he was... at Shaws waiting for a customer that he'd have to drive home. Note the absence of courtesy phone call-how would I have known that? He thought but wasn't sure if he'd pick me up by 11:15. I decided I couldn't trust him. Both times resulted in me having to drive in and impose on friends to pick up my car later. If you truly need to get to where you need to go call someone else. I'm done and will take my business elsewhere

Driver arrived a few minutes early. Driver was a personable and friendly fella, we seemed to share similar opinions. So it was a pretty good ride, uneventful and timely, which I needed. Recommend.
