Scheduled and blocked day off. Now today plumber comes out and it's the original man who can't do any work due to injury. so he calls office and now they want to schedule it out again. Incompetence of this company is ridiculous. We had 3 other jobs we needed done too and they will not get the work. Time to find a reliable plumber.

I missed half a day of work, for which I was not paid, to sit around and wait for this garbage service to not show. I called them and was told that "they were stopped from working by the DOT." What should have taken 1 day ended up taking almost a month! BJ never showed up when he said he was going to be there and never called to cancel. He installed a water filtration/water softener in the the new addition and broke the extra parts that came with it. Then he told ME (the customer!!) to go find the parts and he would come by and "fix it sometime". Currently, there is a zip tie holding it together because I cannot find the part. If you do, against all warnings, hire this company, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
