When we got there she asked if I wanted my son to try it on and I'm so glad he did because the sizing for this line of Nike's were a different fit than the ones I normally buy him so we switched it out for a different pair. She was very kind and personable. She was so sweet with my little guy and had a great smile. It was a great experience. I'll go out of my way for this location in the future. My only complaint is online they had a pair of shoes marked cheaper than their in store price. I was told they'd price match for me... but I just find it sneaky they advertise a cheaper price online and have store shoppers who didn't look at the shoes online first pay a higher price... So if you plan on getting a pair of shoes just look on their website first to assure getting the best price!

I needed help finding something in the fishing department because the shelf was empty. I finally found someone who then called for an employee to help . Five minutes later they still weren't there so she called someone again. In the meantime, I found another employee in the store and asked if they could help me. When I tried on a display shoe, a sales associate abruptly approached me and told me I was not allowed to try on display shoes because customers might later ask for discounts. His tone was rude and dismissive. When I asked for the a shoe in a different color and size, he refused, saying "you have already tried on that shoe and they are all the same." I requested a manager, but was told the manager was "in a meeting" and unavailable. Feeling disrespected, I left the store without making my purchase. I've shopped at Dick's for years, but this visit was extremely disappointing. I hope this location addresses the issue so other customers do not have the same experience.
