His tone was rude and dismissive. When I asked for the a shoe in a different color and size, he refused, saying "you have already tried on that shoe and they are all the same." I requested a manager, but was told the manager was "in a meeting" and unavailable. Feeling disrespected, I left the store without making my purchase.
