There were 2 additional bays that were not being used, and I noticed 3 workers in the bay. I'm thinking... cool... 10 minutes... in and out! NOPE! No one ever acknowledged me!! In fact, THEY CLOSED THE BAY!!! Like, pulled the door down in front of me!! I just knew someone was going to open a new bay, but nope.... The said I needed windshield wipers and that would be $20. When the bill came , it was $100. We had a $5 coupon. They said they do not accept coupons. They charged me $27 for the wipers. When the clerk said it was a mistake, he offered us $2. which we took. What a RIP off and a crock.

Checked it out on a whim and saw the coolant was still dirty. After making an ass of myself calling corporate, their district manager informed me that it was because of my reservoir being filthy due to my not having kept it clean (DEFINITELY my fault. It's been a very long time since I'd gotten a flush), and they had me come in to resolve it. The store manager Jeremy handled it and was incredibly nice. He cleaned my reservoir out and refilled it cost free. I absolutely will be returning.

For one, I had to reschedule an appointment three times to get my high pressure ac hose replaced. The first time, the Firestone in Springfield told me that I had to reschedule my appointment because they wouldn't have enough time to replace the part, even though the specifically told me the the given time would work while I was setting up the appointment with them over the phone. The second time, the Firestone in Springfield ordered the necessary part for my appointment, then sold it to another customer. The third time, the Firestone in decatur on Main street told me that they forgot to order the part for my appointment after thirty minutes of waiting. Then, finally, the part was finally replaced after over a month of appointments. I also had my radiator thermostat replaced by this Firestone, and they improperly bled my radiator system. One summer hit, my engine overheated constantly, due to the simple fact that there wasn't nearly enough coolant in my radiator lines. After a multiple hour long appointment to figure out why my engine was overheating, I received a call telling me that they couldn't replicate the overheating in my car, and refused to service it. While driving my car the next day, my engine was overheating out of control. I called this Firestone to see up another appointment, and I was told to take my car to the dealership. After doing my own investigating, I found that my radiator line was close to completely empty. Had the Firestone technicians taken off my radiator cap, they would have found this issue instantly. Overall, I've had my fair share of Firestone appointments, and I would recommend anyone to NOT GO TO FIRESTONE! No matter the location, even the second one in Decatur, they're all terrible. I was even charged $150 for an oil change...

I was able to call this store, and even though they were busy, they agreed to me dropping the car off and they patched the tire during the ceremony. They were even nice enough to research the tire's warranty information and performed all work free of charge as the tire was still under warranty. This time I got charged $88.00!!! A 78% increase in Saturday. I'm going back proving the website says $24.95 oil change(she says she doesn't have Facebook or know about the website) and get at least my $38.00 refunded. If not I'll file a complaint with my credit union and the. The better business bureau. I fell bad but you can't do that. It's false advertising!!! Just one word of advice -- If you are looking for just an oil change, don't say 'YES' to the question about "full service" as soon as you walk out of your car. That's a much more expensive option. Speed Lube does make some inexpensive recommendations from time to time. Since their price point is pretty low, I usually have them do the one or two things they recommend.

She left and came to RNR Tire Express went in and explained her situation to the tire professional, he immediately went out and brought her car inside and examined the tire and found that the tire had a roofing nail in the center of the tire, he showed my wife the nail and explained he would remove the tire and patch it from the inside. 10 minutes later my wife's car was back on the road and what really blew my mind, no charge ma'am...wow, you guys earned my business from here going forward, it's nice to know there are still stand up guys out there to look out for loved ones in our absence, Thanks to the guy that helped my wife, I owe you one bro!
