Love the drop off and the owners are so nice, fast and efficient. I always get my blankets cleaned. Their prices are fair.

I have just say that at first, they were really friendly. had a simple dress dropped off for a hem, straight satin dress. they forgot to hem the inside lining. for more context..I had tried the dress on at home and all looked good. day of the wedding, I put the bridesmaid dress on and got poked by a pin. The dress still had the pins on the lining, it was never done! the lining was 4inches longer than the dress. I called immediately day of the wedding, and they told me to come back to the store to be refunded. when I returned, they tried to tell me they wouldn't refund me because alterations sometimes need adjusting. are you kidding? I had to argue the job I paid for, was half done. as the customer, I had to CUT THE DRESS WITH SCISSORS for it to be wearable to the wedding I was in. not only was the dress not completed; but now ruined. i wouldn't recommend this place for customers. a mistake is one thing, but make it right vs arguing with your customer. unprofessional all together. read more

My go to place to get my dry cleaning and tailoring. Same day service, just as long as you bring it in before 9am. Cash or Checks only. They always do a outstanding job on my suits and everything I bring them. If your looking for a dry cleaners around the areas. This is the one I have been going to for 15 years. So disappointed. This place has gone down hill over the past few years. I regret recommending this place for alterations to all my bridesmaids. The employees here quickly shooed my little sister away when she came in for dress alterations. Maybe cutting a few layers of tulle is too much for them? NEVER AGAIN. read more

Went in based on the review before me, looking for one day tailor service. Though I didn't get my alterations in 24 hours; the staff was friendly and I couldn't be happier with the alteration! I would say, my order was completed for when it was scheduled (4 days); I tried to pick it up earlier, but ended up receiving it for when it was scheduled. Would appreciate any place that does quality alterations in a 24 span! read more

They are good at repairing clothing. Sometimes my clothing comes out with the same stains then went in with. What ever happened to 24 hour service. I wait a week to get my clothes back and hope they did a good job. read more

Got my UGG boots dry cleaned there, which they sent out to a third party, they came out horrible!!! The fur was all singed and they looked worse than before I dropped them off. Stupid me I paid and then when I realized how horrible they looked they refused to return my money. Saying that they thought they looked brand new! Disgusted at their customer service!!! read more

Do not waste your time. The clothes that was brought in came out looking like it was simply ironed and put on a hanger. I notified them of some stains to take care of. When I came to pick the clothes up they weren't able to take it out stating they "tried their best" followed by charging me for a service they did not even complete successfully. They are very cold. All the staff. I have been going there for 30 years. They do not know your name. They say hello so cold and a few times they did not do a good job and once they lost my item they don't care. They do not try to talk to you. They say no we don't have it.This a 30 year customer. Shame on them. I brought them so much business for 30 years. 33 shirts at a time and other items. Shame on you of how you treat your customers. I had 10 jackets sewn with military patched over 3 months. If I brought 1 in when picking up 1, it was ok. If I waited a week the prices changed. They were charging $6 for a medium and $4 for a small. I forget 1 small patch & when I returned they charged $8 for the 1 patch. I questioned the price and they said that is it. I told them I had 20 more veterans who were getting jackets sewn. They did not care. I would avoid this place at any costs. read more
