I've put my clothes in with no stains and I've taken out them out to find multiple black stains all over some articles of my clothing. The workers never look happy or like they're willing to help. The price of the dryers is not bad, .25¢ for 9 minutes. They have multiple size washer and dryers. I also noticed they have a laundry service which is nice. However the smell and putting stain free clothes in and them coming out with stains makes it so I don't want to go back.

Started off good but quickly went downhill after lots of business. On several occasions, I had to come back 2-3 times during the late afternoon and evening to see if machines were available. At night, cleaning crew gets in the way of customers. Their cleaning equipment block the narrow aisles, making it difficult to even get through with your laundry. Their policy is "last wash at 9PM" and they won't let you use the washers after 9 despite the place being open until 11PM. Their reason is that the washers have already been cleaned and oiled. (Oh, so customers can't use the washers anymore?) Suggested (by other customers, too) to do this early morning when they're not busy so cleaners aren't in the way of customers, but that fell on deaf ears. Maybe a year ago I could recommend this place, but not anymore.

My only complaint is the parking but that's not on the owners behalf. Parts of Smithtown seems to be hobbled together anyways. If you have a bigger vehicle I'd suggest going down the hill and turning around in the Stop n Shop parking lot and go into the middle median to drive into the back.

I do agree with Brian M that the fact that they have no AC will be annoying in the Summer. In the Winter the place was terribly cold, especially if you were stuck by the doors, but it IS right next to a bar, which is also a plus in my book. The washer and dryer prices seemed reasonable to me, but I am from NYC so most prices on the island do seem cheap by comparison. The dryers were a little steep to me, but they also dry in half the time of my last laundry mat so it works out. The wash and fold service was great. Reasonably priced compared to nearby places, and everything was washed perfectly. The folding seemed a little haphazard but they separately washed a huge blanket I had forgotten about and only charged me an extra $3, compared to most local places charging $10-$12. All in all I paid about $60 for over three weeks worth of laundry (I was out of town so it added up) which is actually cheaper than what I would have spent doing it myself (especially if you include the 3 beers I would have had next door). The biggest plus? They are SUPER polite, which is something I've rarely encountered in this area. I probably would have given them 3 stars since they do have quite a few broken machines, but attitude is everything. I'd rather come here and pay an extra 10 cents on the dryer than deal with some spoiled, snotty teenager any day.
