The people who work in the tire checkout are unbelievably rude every time! I have never had a good experience with the workers back there. Also be careful placing orders for delivery or pick up they substitute or take away items that are in the store, Ive had to run in the store after getting an order because I forgot something and almost everything they were "out of" were fully stocked in the store.

So, we both ordered the Snack Combo #1 (Lumpia + Fruit Tea for $8.95) and while the hubs ordered Dragonfruit Tea, I opted for an 'upgrade' to Rose Milk Tea ($1 extra). With a green straw, mine looked pleasantly seasonal and tasted delish (dragonfruit was yummy, too)! The new cozy dining area has a pleasant ambiance with several booths and a few smaller tables and it was encouraging to see so many customers ordering food, turns out this has only been an option for three weeks. Nasty, snippy, practically threw my prescription at me when I questioned the amount charged. And the pharmacist was standing right there! I never said an ill word toward this young woman - I was simply dismayed at the cost of the drug and commented, "Well, that figures!" in response. Instead of using good customer service skills and commiserating, she took my comment personally, and with barely contained rage violently packaged the pills, shoved them at me, and acted like she had just been called a blood-sucking harpie! A person who behaves like this has NO BUSINESS serving customers. Smith's obviously doesn't read these reviews or care - look at the number of 1 and 2- star reviews and negative testimonials. Shame on this employee, shame on her supervisor for allowing her to act like a childish ninny and shame on Smiths for failing to respond to the overwhelmingly negative feedback...I will NEVER use this pharmacy again!
