The woman inside said "the restrooms were cleaned and locked" My girlfriend said she would not pee on the seat, and that we are paying customers. The clerk still denied us use of the restroom. We asked where we can use facilities and she said "I don't know". A customer overheard the conversation and said you can use the ones at the nightclub across the street. So my big question is If Giant cleans their restrooms for paying customers to use, and they denied us use of them to us (paying customers) then who gets to use them?

I don't understand why a gas station would deny the use of a restroom to a paying customer. The only other customer in the store overheard me and said the bar club across the street would let me use their restroom. Coincidentally, we drove a few miles and went to another Giant station. An employee was in the middle of cleaning the bathroom, he stopped and let me use the restroom. This tells me that there isn't an across the board restrooms closing time for Giant gas stations bathrooms. Was the bathroom closed because the employee did not want to clean it again at the end of her shift?

Although I'm not sure how much time passed (in a pandemic, time is relative anyhow), when we popped in tonight on the way to dinner to grab a couple of things, we were super-excited to see the shelves stocked with our beloved drink sachets! What a treat! And only a moment after we decided we'd get a package of Lumpia to make at home, we noticed the new food counter--took a split-second to decide to dine-in instead of cook at home--a no brainer, really. So, we both ordered the Snack Combo #1 (Lumpia + Fruit Tea for $8.95) and while the hubs ordered Dragonfruit Tea, I opted for an 'upgrade' to Rose Milk Tea ($1 extra). With a green straw, mine looked pleasantly seasonal and tasted delish (dragonfruit was yummy, too)! The new cozy dining area has a pleasant ambiance with several booths and a few smaller tables and it was encouraging to see so many customers ordering food, turns out this has only been an option for three weeks. Our snack packs hit the spot! So glad we decided to pop in tonight and looking forward to trying more options!
