I finally tried Crumbl Cookies and I totally get the hype now. The store was super clean, and the pink aesthetic is honestly so cute. The staff greeted me right away and were really friendly and patient while I decided what to get. The cookies themselves are HUGE and super soft. I love that they switch up the flavors every week because it makes it feel new every time you go in. My favorite was definitely the chilled cookie it was perfectly sweet without being too much. Some of the cookies can be a little rich, so I'd recommend sharing unless you have a serious sweet tooth. The only downside is the price it's a bit expensive for cookies, but honestly, it feels more like a treat-yourself kind of experience than an everyday thing. Overall, I'd definitely go back especially to try new flavors. If you love desserts, it's worth at least one visit. read more

I'm leaving a five star review only because I've been there twice now, and I don't think you can judge a business on their first day in business. The first time I went the cookies were not the iconic pink color that they should've been. They had way too much food coloring in them and they were all different sizes but again it was their first day opening the second time much better friendly staff great environment quick and efficiently crumble cookie always is, and everything the way it should be. read more
